I’ve never bought a car that I did not see in person, Rebecca was so nice and professional and was willing to work with me, It was so easy to purchase a car not to mention I live almost 2 hours away 124 miles and they deliver that car to me, so to sum it up , you can put your trust in Carnova and their team. Carnova has the best customer service, Cristina provided a shuttle service for me me from my home which 30miles away from Carnova in stafford for free! I was shown the car i was interested in , they gave me a chance to ask away all the questions i had and Tony did a good job answering. I took the car for a test drive with Tony and i was given a chance to take it for a second time with a friend who was helping me make a dicision. The team is very accomodating i had the chance to meet a lot of them and i bought the car! They washed it sparkling clean for me, picked it up the following day ( they were even willing to deliver it home for me for free!) I noticed it had cracked tires and they were happy to replace them for me. Overally i had an unforgettable first car buying exeprience in this country with Carnova.Thank you Cristina and team! I would recommend to anyone.

Just a week after I bought a VW Jetta in Carnova, the motor of the car lost all the oil while I was driving. creating a safety problem. I replenish the oil thinking somebody forgot to put oil, but all the oil went to the ground immediately, creating another problem because I had to clean the oil. I towed the car to the mechanic - VW service store - as Carnova told me the car has warranty - but VW warranty does not cover this kind of damage. The VW mechanic told me the motor pan has a hole that was barely covered, but it was not enough to resist the pressure and exploded. I asked Carnova to cover my expenses, and they do not respond. I reported the case to BBB and will continue reporting it to other consumer bureaus to save other people to buy in Carnova a car like mine.

first of all i called 5 days ahead to tell them i was coming to test drive one of there vehicles. On the Sunday before my visit i emailed them and told them i would be arriving before noon as it as a 200 mile ride. When i got there about 1030 am Monday as i told them. The car was buried three deep in the middle of a bunch of cars,dirty and had to be jump started.That:s the way they respected my time. I took the car for a test ride and felt something wrong with the brakes and mentioned that to their employee When we got back to the office we made a deal. However when i got on the road the brakes and rotors were in such a bad condition I felt unsafe driving the car. When i got home safely ,the next day i brought the car to my mechanic. $1100. in repairs needed to the brakes, rotors, and replacement of the lug nuts...I can"t believe they sent me out on the highway in an unsafe vehicle especially when they knew i was travelling 200 miles. My mechanic stated to me the car would not have passed inspection if he were to have inspected it that day..UNBELIEVABLE!!! Sent a estimate of repairs to the sales manager and have yet to hear back from them!! Not holding my breath!!Will be contacting the law enforcement division of DMV!!!

They are attempting to keep 1000 dollar deposit without any warning. Took advantage of my kindness and patience. All while stalling me just long enough to say that it’s been past 30 days that mean my deposit no longer holds the car no one never said I would lose deposit if I was unable to go through with car process which is EXACTLY what happened. I will go out my way to make sure Christina and rest of car nova staff pay for this. Take 2 weeks of my life away from me as if I’m already not trying to purchase a vehicle including the insurance I lose grand total of 1332 to these [non-permissible content removed] smh [contact information removed]if you can help or have any questions definitely will spend more money to get a lawyer to review this [non-permissible content removed]

IPro would definitely recommend buying a car from here Christina made my process easy and understanding she worked with me as best as she possibly could especially due to me having to rush to find a good affordable car cause I had to turn my rental back in 2 days later. Con I would recommend getting you title and tags on your own Jessica (Title and Tags person) waits til the last minute to do her Job leaving the customer in a bind with the local DMV. She was press to take my $500 and was suppose to go get my title my vehicle the following week however every week after that it was a lame excuse after another until my tags I expired the manager was nice enough to approve me another set of tags however she waited til the last min once again to title my vehicle and then lied about it she told me that she titled my vehicle on May 17th today is the 22nd and still my car hasn't been titled. I spoke to 3 dmv employees who advised she didn't title the car. She then alleged that the DMV told her it would take 7-10 business days cause she dropped them off in person however 3 different employees from 3 dmv branches told me that's false if she came in person we process them the same day. So I definitely recommend getting a car from here but DO NOT ALLOW Jessica to title and tag your vehicle you will be better off doing it yourselves in my opinion they need to get rid of her and get someone who doesn't procrastinate on getting customers taken care of.

Do not buy from them , I purchased a used car and on the test drive was taken on a road that didn’t allow you to get up to highway speed , when I did get it up to highway speed the next day it shook & pulled to the right , air was entering the cabin even though all windows were up . I called to return vehicle and was told to bring it back the car would not start I had to have it towed back to the dealership as the dealership had offered zero solution and at my expense ! Getting my money back wasn’t an option according to them so I had to get another car from their inventory which on the surface looks great and was a 1 owner carfax report however there was next to zero oil in the car and it could of blown the engine . Luckily I got it into be serviced before that could happen . I wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase a car there without taking a mechanic with you and don’t trust a word of what you are told outside of a professional mechanic! I am beyond pissed and will never do business with them nor let anyone I know do business with them. had I been able to get my money back I would of gone elsewhere as they double the price of their cars and will not come down on prices !

I needed to replace my 17 year old Toyota SUV and had been cyber-shopping for a "Nused" vehicle. I came across Carnova's website by chance, and I am so glad I did. I saw their ad for a "Nused" 2016 Acura RDX with low mileage at a good price. I also discovered that USAA (The United Services Automobile Association) has a business relationship with Carnova as well. I am a die hard USAA member- and they only work with the best, so I knew I would be dealing with a reputable delearship. Even though I live in Montgomery County, MD, I drove the 55 miles down I-95 to test drive the car. As soon as I entered, Carnova, Mark greeted me warmly and the atmosphere was totally chill and friendly. Very relaxed, casual environment- it made the experience so pleasant. I haven't purchased a vehicle in over 16 years, so I was nervous that I would have to deal with pushy salespeople. Not so, at Carnova! They were efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, - and actually gave me a very good price on my trade-in, too. They also had the car washed and detailed and took care of all the Maryland State Inspection and Motor Vehicle Administration paperwork. So, all I have to do is walk into the Vehicle Administration near my home and register the car. EZ-is the way I like it- and I really appreciate their concierge service as well. They had the car delivered to my home the next day- It's like Amazon for Cars. Carnova should change their name to Carmazon! I strongly encourage anyone looking for a quality vehicle at a great and affordable price, go to Carnova! t

I am based on Quantico and I needed a car / I went to CarNova which is very close to the base in Stafford VA. I called about a car and the gentlemen Nick and his Managers worked swiftly to show me the car and some other options as well as a quick test drive . I appreciate the professionalism they showed and the honesty in buying . Easy and a valuable dealership . This was by far the best experience ever i had buying a vehicle in my life no exaggeration. I wasn't able to get to the dealership in time he even met me after hours to get the funds to purchase the vehicle which helped me a great deal. The car was immaculate condition and my wife cried tears of joy when she saw her surprise. Carnova has gained a customer for life!
