The Safford in Springfield always has excellent staff and service. That I could get updates on my car via my phone was very nice. However, I would have liked to hear from the mechanic as to why they suggested the adjustments that they did. Sadly, I did not have time before work to wait for them (they were very busy) but hope they'll talk me through things next time.

I took my car in for engin failure, and I met Abdon with his warmly and professional welcoming spirit and explained for me as they are busy it might take few weeks to be diagnosed my car but he told me that he will try his best and notifies me but within two weeks they diagnosed and communicated with Hyundai replaced new engine to my car and he called for me to pick up my car, I would like to appreciate all Stafford Hyundai service department specially Abdon.
