Scam Artist

by M Staton on 05/07/2020

This is by far the worst dealership I've done business with and I do apologize I gave them my service but never again. They prey on the consumers like a pack of wolves and they'll sell you a lemon. If you want them do fix your car you have to give up your rights to free speech and sign a NDA and they say they strive for customer satisfaction ha ha ha what a joke. I recommend the consumers look elsewhere before giving them money on a car that you can't drive.

Lemon factory and useless warranties

by NotTday2219 on 09/03/2019

I'm writing this review as a cautionary tale of how this business functions and how I bought a buck regal from this business on 6/24/19 My salesman was Anthony Mortillaro The next morning, after a twelve hour shift, I was met with a tps sensor failure and a check engine light for the catalytic converter... Mind you, this vehicle was inspected that same month. Within 14 days, the vehicle was burning a large amount of oil. When I came to the establishment with a good friend of mine on 7/8/19, I spoke with Mark Blumenthal and Anthony, with the former trying to treat my issue as if it's irrelevant when the car develops an issue and that it isnt their fault, quick to shovel me to a $100 diagnostic fee. Literally 14 days, and he tried to have me pay for a diagnosis. He(Mark) only waved it when I argued that as the vehicle was purchased from this establishment, it is a very sorry look on the company if the selling of lemons is another tuesday for them. He "waved" the fee and told me to schedule an appointment with Service Department manager Jasen... Jasen claims my car was only smoking because it was low on oil. He reasoned that the place he gets the purchased vehicles from, most likely didn't change the oil in the vehicle. He recommended that I top off the oil weekly. I told him that such doesn't seem normal, to which he claimed that it's normal for those cars to burn oil. Sensible thinking would reason that a car in good condition isn't going to roast oil to such a degree that the vehicle must be topped off almost twice a week. Within less than 5 days, the white smoke of oil burning came back, which has prevented me from working my regular scheduled work hours, as to prevent causing any damage to the vehicle. I called Jasen to reiterate that the problem was NOT fixed and the same issue is occuring. I asked him repeatedly if the "warranty" would cover Engine and Transmission issues, to which he CONFIRMED it would. I actually have a witness. He recommended that I take the vehicle to Victory Auto and Transmissions for a full diagnosis of my vehicle. I topped the oil and drove to the shop. Within a few hours, they made it clear that there was no oil in the car. It burned oil at such a rate that it caused damage to the engine. It's now August and I reach out to Mike Dalton himself. He originally seemed very enthusiastic to aid me and it brought me much peace of mind to know that someone from this company was going to be receptive to the stress and financial burden this purchase has caused. I kept Mr. Dalton posted on any changes or updates Victory Auto told me throughout two weeks, to which Mr. Dalton, via text message, told me he would be taking care of it. On 8/28/19 The "Warranty" company claims department called me and asked me what happened. When I told them, they told me that they are unlikely to fix the vehicle due to what they believe are pre existing conditions. When I told Mike, he responded in a way that actually had me to believe that it's on me. On 8/29/19 Said "warranty" company(CarsideInc) confirmed to Victory Automotive that they would NOT cover the necessary fixes to the vehicle. Mike told he that he would call me either that day or tomorrow. On 8/30/19, there was no such communication and I am still without a vehicle.. I reached out in the early afternoon as a final attempt to work out this situation in which I am not left with a paperweight being Financed foe 8k and thus far, I've gotten no response. Be warned. Friendly faces and enthusiasm until the product takes a dive. I'm now left to foot the bill I would have never guessed I'd have to eat so soon. I paid for a warranty that is now effectively useless and the Owner himself has went from readily receptive to distant.

Family based customer service

by eddiesmom3 on 07/09/2016

I purchased an SUV here. My children were included in the purchasing experience. The salesman remembered their names and asked them how they liked the car too. The process didn't take very long, I had already known what paperwork I needed to bring to get financing. So now me and my kids love our new car!
