My Honda Saved My Life

I had a 2008 Honda Civic and a month ago I had a tire blow out and I took a right hand turn into the guard rail at 71 miles per hour. I should have been dead or at the least hospitalized with many injuries, but the car did exactly what is was supposed to do, which is protect who's inside, which it did. Other than the airbag, from the inside you would have never known you were in an accident. The outside was a different story, it was a total loss but I'm still here to write this review. I had absolutely no injuries at all, my and hurt from getting hit off the wheel by the airbag, but other than that, nothing! I bought the 2015 Honda CR-V to replace my Civic and am very happy with it. Steve Labelle was our sales rep and he is great, so knowledgeable of the vehicle, never hesitated once when I asked a question. He didn't hold us hostage like so many car dealerships do, he listened, and then gave us the numbers which we were happy with. So I lost an old friend but now I have a new friend, a brand new car thanks to Steve and Casey Honda. So if you want a safe and reliable vehicle, Honda is the way to go. I have a Honda motor on my boat, four Honda ATV's, and a Honda generator. Can't beat perfection! I'm here today because of the quality that Honda puts into their vehicles, I will never own anything else. Thank you Honda for saving my life!

Worst ever...

WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I traded in my leased Crosstour in October for the Civic lease special. In November I was then billed for the last two months of my Crosstour lease after TRADING it in. WHY WOULD ANYONE TRADE IN A CAR AND WANT TO CONTINUE PAYING FOR IT??? It was AGREED that the remaining payments would be taken care of at the time of the "deal". Scott S., the General Manager, reluctantly paid the remaining payments after multiple calls, arguments with Brian M., Sales Manager, and getting the run around.

new 2013 CRV

Read previous reviews little worried.. Things have changed. Best car buying experience possible. Dealt with Mark and he not only gave us a great price but took care of everything. After delivery he spent over an hour demonstrating all features and followed up with phone call.

Get Financed Elsewhere

Do NOT, under any circumstances, allow Casey Honda to finance your car. They will make you pay for an extra service agreement, gap insurance, and many other "extras" that you were not told about. If your credit is less than stellar, they stick a device in your car (when they installed this device, they bent the ignition and messed up the wiring for the clock) that will shut your car off if you are even ONE day late with the payment. Forget about making payment arrangements if you can't pay on time too- instead, you will have to make partial payments and still will not be able to drive your own car. Their customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. They will give you mis-information and then blame you for not understanding. You will have to call them every two weeks for the entire life of your loan for a new code so you can drive your own car. If you don't, well too bad- you just won't have a car to dive, no matter how many thousands you've paid them. They are rude, [violative content deleted], and have absolutely no caring for their customers. Instead you are treated like a second-class citizen.

Go Somewhere else!

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever encountered. All the paperwork was signed, we took possession of the vehicle but the owner didn't like the way the deal was setup... so they called me asked for the car back. Cm on. A deal is a deal, just because it doesn't benefit the owner doesn't mean it isn't legally binding. With that said, I am keeping the car. Pathetic that the management cannot do a deal without it getting overridden by the owner. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else that cares about you and your family... it has been a lot of unneeded stress.
