Another great experience from the team at Bowditch Ford. I continue to come back every time I buy a vehicle for personal or business. The purchasing experience is effortless with no pressure to buy. They really have everything together and I have no complaints. The purchase of my wifes Expedition MAX was the first of two purchases this month for me. Both purchases went smooth and I was very impressed. Hands down, you cant get a better experience from another dealership.

Everyne involved in my buying process was outstanding, especially Joe my salesmen. They all made me feel at ease with the process and not pressured at all. When I walked into Bowditch ford, I had no idea that by the end of the day I would have a vehicle. From the time I walked in the sales consultant Mr. Slattery was very helpful, I told him my situation and he did everything possible to make sure that I had a vehicle with no pressure approach, I felt very comfortable and confident with Mr. Slattery. Although at the end of the process I had a little trouble but Mr Slattery went above and beyond toake sure I left with a vehicle and I cannot thank home enough. A co worker of mine was also looking for a vehicle but before I could recommend Mr Slattery she bought a vehicle from one of your competitors and now she wishes that she would have waited. Greg was great. We are very happy with our 2016 Explorer. Excellent car. We will definitely be returning customers. Our kids got tired and cranky from being at the dealership for so long that they allowed us to use a vehicle to take our kids to get dinner while they continued paperwork. I saw the vehicle I wanted to purchase while Bowditch Ford was providing service work on my Escape. I showed the Sales Representative the Edge I was interested in and that I did not want to go back and forward with negotiations, I needed one price to work with. We discussed our options with the Sales Representative and the Sales Manager, came to a mutual agreement and signed the paper work. I picked the vehicle up two days later (my choice) went over all the operating procedures, buttons, etc., had them set up our phones and I re-inspected it. Everything was great and we were out in about an hour.

I ordered and purchased a 2016 FX4 f250 . The personal knew there products and the ordering process for the truck.They were very welcoming each time I would stop in while waiting for my truck and would inform me where the truck was in its build process and it's location during the transport of the truck. They also knew all the rebates that could be used toward the purchases price . I priced the build at all 7 ford dealers in the Hampton Roads area and they beat the lowest one by $1000 and the highest by $4600 with out haggling. Other dealers offer free oil changes and tires but how many oil changes and tires equal $4600 more than I will ever use. I would highly recommend them .

I have been purchasing/driving Ford F-150's exclusively since the 1990's and all 3 have been bought at Bowditch Ford. They have a very professional approach and attitude during the purchasing phase and provide excellent vehicle care/service post purchase. I took my 2013 Ford Fiesta into Bowditch Ford with two recall issues. I drove away with a 2015 Ford Focus. The Bowditch team got me 1.9% rate financing, no money down & 45 days before 1st payment is due. Who does this? Bowditch Ford, that's who! I love my 2015 Ford Focus SE ecoboost. I love the Ford Focus se sport that I purchased. The sales associate was very delightful to work with. There was a delay on the side of paper work and a manager asked me to drive my trade in car I already signed off on to carmax. That seemed very unprofessional. But later my sales associate mr. David Truman was able to correct the issue.
