So I called your dealership to ask about a car. One of your sales representatives was very unprofessional. I asked him if the price on the car was fixed (Lexus IS 250) to be precise and he said no. How much would I offer. I told him 25k since the car was prices 27k and then he tells me I haven't done my research on lexus and that I can go to other dealerships with my budget. that is uncalled for and very rude. And then he wouldn't give his name. He further on says he won't talk about it anymore when I as a customer called to inquire about the car and you ask me for my budget. Makes no sense You can't be a sales person like and talk to people like that. Thankfully I work IT and I will make sure to right bad reviews about your dealership over the internet to make sure your internet ratings drop drastically if people like that are hired and would work there.
