I didn’t do my research and got a horrible deal. They knew something was wrong with the car when the sold it!!! Bad business!! Worst buying experience of my life. I feel ashamed of the day I walked into this dealership. I trusted them as a dealer but I was conned. Certainly not worthy of trust and not dependable. The car I bought less than 2 months no longer works and requires significant overhaul (engine). Plus after I called, they said they would call back I’ve been calling for the sales managers Alec or Alex and he will not return the call! They talked me into getting the extended warranty because they knew the vehicle was no good. The extended warranty company denied the claim because the vehicle issues already existed stating lack of maintenance…. The engine is gone! No one at the dealer will respond. They have gotten away selling me a dead car. But untrustworthy businesses don’t survive long. Please please stay away from the dealership! Look at reviews for this dealership…. My nightmare stared when I purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey. The check engine light went on THE VERY NEXT DAY! So I called the dealer, and my salesman told me to come back to the dealer so they can send me to their mechanic. I already knew the problem, it was the EGR valve. The mechanic acknowledged the problem with the EGR VALVE, but he couldn't fix it without the dealer's approval. It has been a month of calling THE INSIDERs AUTO DEALER with no results. On Wednesday I was told to take the car to a Honda dealer, because the car supposed to have a warrantee on the fuel injector. I did with a result of more than $1000 in repair for the car before the labor. So I decided to contact them one more time to talk to the owner, who ended up being [non-permissible content removed] . HE WANTED TO BUY THE CAR BACK FOR $19.000 WHEN I PAID $23,211. After that, the owner grabbed me from the shoulder, I asked him not to touch me and keep a distance, for what he ordered me to leave yelling "GET OUT OF HERE!!" I don't think I have ever seen such a level of unprofessionalism!!! I ended up calling the police. Now I will proceed with Virginia Dealer Board and seek advise from my lawyer. What what do I need this headache? They sold me a bad car, wont fix it and wont buy it back at a decent price. MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!

I had the BEST car buying experience at Insiders Auto. My salesmans name is Fazel he was very patient with me, he didn't not pressure me to purchase any particular car , which is the exact opposite experience that I had at another car lot. Fazel asked what type of car I was interested in and provided several options to me. I decided on the Hyundai Sonata and I absolutely love this car. I will also mention that my credit is less than perfect and that Insiders Auto was able to get me approved for a car the same day. I definitely recommend this car dealership! They approve everyone and are very friendly and helpful.

hi my name is Anthony Smith and I have been looking for a car for mouths and then I found this place online I didn't think I was going to get a car because I had no credit and no one to co sign for me, but insider auto said no credit bad credit is fine. so I was excited to hear that. I went in and talked with Flex we talked for awhile and the only thing I brought in was a piece of mail that was addressed to me and two pay stubs from my job. so then we went outside to see what kind of car I can get that was in my budget it was between a few different cars to decide from, I decided to get a BLUE HONDA ACCENT 2014 it looked great for a car. so after I had decide I went back inside and put a down payment on the car and the same day I drove off the lot with the car.
