Perfect deal, Great folks to deal with

My wife and I looked at numerous Acura' s and found our best deal at Best Auto of Manassas. We drove 2-1/2 hours from central Pennsylvania and were glad we did. They had a great selection but we settled for the vehicle that we decided on prior to our visit. The Sales representative and other staff are great to deal with. We had a very pleasant experience all the way around. We will definitely do business with them again on our next used car purchase. Highly recommended.

As a previous satisfied customer who wrote a glowing, positive review for Best Auto of Manassas, I must take all of those words back as I am now bearing the repercussions of shady business. Purchased end of January 2016, I've only had my 2001 Volvo S80 for THREE months and did not expect to run into over $500 of repairs and counting with my car falling apart before my eyes. I discovered the truth about the car after I had an emissions check done in order to get my tags renewed....I found out that I failed due to bad codes. The car did not give me any issue at that point so I was very shocked that it did not pass the test. Well come to find out, the check engine light was purposely deactivated and was sold to me this way by Shala and Mike. Heavy sludge, ac compression, camshaft and more are just among the many issues that I am finding out about this car I bought from Best Auto of Manassas. Even after calling them, they acted as if they did not know who I was or remember when the purchase happened! It's so bad that after already spending money on major repairs, I've had a trustworthy mechanic in dc look at the car and tell me "how much do you really like this car? because you will be spending your money fixing it." To say how disappointed I am over this purchase is an understatement as a young student who depends on driving in a metroless town. I had many other car options but went with Best Auto of Manassas as I saw the number of positive reviews. Do not TRUST these people and do not buy from them unless you like playing Russian roulette with a big purchase. I can't even say they are the best at all anymore. How about Worst Auto of Manassas instead? Sincerely, A pissed and scorned customer.
