Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Worked the deal with Tim and Cheri over the phone spent less than 15 minutes processing final paperwork at the dealership. This is how car buying should be.

Purchase of Used Mercedes SUV

Allow me to file a disclaimer-I am a lawyer...I had searched for a particular small SUV called a GLK made by Mercedes to travel back and forth to S.C. on 95. I meet Niko and after a lot of back and forth went to the dealership and with a friend looked over and test drove the car. It was fine. I purchased the car but before doing so I asked about the extra key. Niko said he'd check with his manager Adam. I went in and signed the papers drove the car off the lot and remembered that Niko had not given me or said anything about the extra key. So I called from the road down the street and was told that they were checking with the previous manager. I continued my drive home (I live a good ways away) in my new car. I arrived home without incident but in looking at the car I notice for the first time a dent in the passenger side A pillar. So at this point I am beside myself and I call Niko and speak to Adam the next day. Both gentlemen...and I want to say they are gentlemen promised me that their owner wants to be old school and an honest dealership and that they would take care of everything to make sure I was happy. Now as a lawyer...well I was not so sure but they gave me their word. They kept their word...something I did not expect from a modern day car dealership. They were honest and followed through. Dent was fixed....car key paid for so I could get an extra key! Amazing. That's why I am giving Niko and Adam 5 stars! Was I happy that the car had an unnoticed dent and lacked a key. No not at all but did they follow through even though papers were signed to make sure that the car was top notch shape and I had the extra key? Absolutely. Old style your word is your bond business ethics" I highly recommend the dealership because that form of honest dealing has to come from the top down.

Aulabaugh - 2015 Yukon

Agreed to have the recommended work done to fix vibration (replace drive shaft). Work did not solve the problem. I suspected the transmission and the work done under warranty on the transmission didn't last 10,000 miles. Still have issues to be addressed with the transmission work done under warranty.
