I went up to check a Ram 1500 I saw on the web. Having shopped for several weeks, I already had a good idea of what I was looking for and what my parameters were. The price point was bang on, the truck was in great condition, and the financing terms were exactly what I required for my budget. About as easy a transaction as one could ask for from a consumer's point of view. They were prompt and professional, did all the leg work. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and take the keys. Had a little hiccup with the credit union, but that was on me. They helped me resolve it. As a master tradesman of many decades, I appreciated every aspect of the purchase. From the sale to the product to the quality. Truck hasn't had so much as a hiccup. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. I would absolutely purchase from them again.
