The actual buying process went pretty smooth, but everything since then has been a disaster. Was promised a second key was going to be mailed to me and would "pass in the mail" with the check from my bank. Never got a second key. Was promised 5 return phone calls, not a single time was I called back. My temporary plates are about to expire but no communication back on the status of the permanent plates, even after follow up emails. They seemed to care only about one thing, getting their money, after that you are on your own. Good luck dealing with this dealership.

Ron Williamson was our salesman, I will never go to anyone else again. He made buying a new car a remarkable experience. Even the sales manager Larry Burkes and the finance staff member Ian was fantastic.

I bought my Kia Optima in October of 2012, I had a lot going on but working with the Sales Rep Ron Williamson was a great experience, I want to say it was the best I've had while buying a car. I have returned for on the vehicle and I'm always greeted by smiling faces and Ron always stops by to ensure all is we with me. This is the type of service everyone should receive at all times.....#enjoyedeveryminuteofit

I found my CPO Kia online after hours and had a call the next morning within ten minutes of the dealership opening. They had the car ready for me to drive, Cam and Ron Williams were absolutely awesome and they got me a great rate! I recommend these guys to anyone who is in the market for a new/used vehicle.

I thoroughly enjoyed my car buying experience. The staff was incredible! Ron Williamson made sure that myself and the car were taken care of every step of the way. Eanne was helpful in getting the best value for the vehicle and Jacqui in financing was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this dealership, their staff is awesome!

Frustrated

My sales consultant Brandon was great but the finance and paperwork process was a joke. I got so frustrated and fed up we were told one thing then another plus we were there for for over 2 hours for 2 days and having a toddler you can't expect them to stay still that long. Got my car but long ridiculous process.

Was very happy to find the experience was pretty painless. Bought a used Kia from Cauri recently and he was helpful and nice. The sales manager Kam was also very informative and helpful. I have spoke with both Eanne and Jacqui in finance and have no complaints about anyone in the dealership. Everyone is friendly and there to help. The receptionist was also very nice. Glad I found a good place to not only buy a car but also bring it in for service .
