5000 on top of asking price then they add fees

by Brian on 08/13/2023

You read one price then they bring you an offer 5000 over then say there is another 2000 in fees. The sales person was sweet but be wary this will happen to you if you buy anything from this dealership.

Bait and Switch not a honest business.

by pin2 on 06/10/2023

I recently had the displeasure of visiting Unique Auto Imports Dealership, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The dealership's deceptive advertising practices were particularly infuriating, as they advertised cars that were simply not available. Here's why I would strongly caution against doing business with them: False Advertising: The dealership's advertisements showcased a wide range of appealing cars at competitive prices, enticing me to visit the showroom. However, upon arrival, I quickly realized that many of the advertised cars were not actually in stock. It was a classic bait-and-switch tactic, designed to lure unsuspecting customers through deceptive means. This lack of transparency and honesty is simply unacceptable. Unreliable Inventory Updates: Even the cars they claimed were available were not reliable options. On multiple occasions, I called ahead to confirm the availability of specific vehicles, only to arrive and find out that they were already sold or not present at the dealership. It was a complete waste of my time and effort. Their inventory management system clearly needs improvement, as it failed to accurately reflect the actual availability of cars. Unhelpful and Inattentive Staff: The staff members I interacted with during my visit displayed a lack of professionalism and customer service. When I expressed my disappointment and frustration about the unavailability of the advertised cars, they seemed disinterested and made no genuine effort to assist me in finding a suitable alternative. It was evident that their main concern was making a sale rather than addressing my concerns as a customer. Wasted Time and Effort: As a car buyer, my time is valuable, and I expect a dealership to respect that. Unfortunately, my experience at Unique Auto Imports Dealership resulted in wasted hours of my time due to their misleading advertisements and inadequate inventory management. It was incredibly frustrating to invest my energy into visiting a dealership, only to discover that the cars I was interested in were never available in the first place. In conclusion, I strongly advise against engaging with Unique Auto Imports Dealership. Their deceptive advertising practices and lack of inventory transparency create a sense of distrust and frustration among potential customers. It is evident that they prioritize their own sales goals over customer satisfaction. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out a more reputable dealership that values honesty and respects your time as a consumer.

Man, what a waste of my time...

by Sorea on 09/12/2021

I’m out of state and we started the conversation on a Friday. Multiple phone calls and texts about my (2) picks of Ram trucks. Both available as always, I’d say, with shady dealers. Saturday morning: few more texts to confirm that we’re on the way and the arrival approximate time. More confirmations that the truck are still available. We got there and we spoke with the guy that was recommended to go to, not the same person we were communicating with up to that point. Looked around ourself since nobody could help, none of the two truck were on that lot. Nobody could give explanations, it was like nobody there was giving a crap or wanted to sell anything, mush less about the customers time. Not even sure if this was plain incompetence or that they hold customers in low regard.. After all that travel and time wasted, none offered any explanation at all. Honestly, most dealers around that area seem to be shady. I would avoid VA dealers along 95 in entirety... And I’ll do just that, kept giving them benefits of the doubt but no more. Stay away!

The worst dealer I have ever dealt with!

by M E C on 08/24/2020

I made an appointment with Ruben a few days in advance; we got there, the place was closed, we had to wait until somebody else could assist us. We were told the car was not even on the market yet, that it would be ready in a week and that the information I was given was wrong. After asking if we could at least see the car we had to wait until they found the keys. The car was filthy. They were very unprofessional. I won't be going back to this place. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

by Kathy Bows on 06/14/2020

I went to purchase a Jeep from this dealership on June 13, 2020. I called and spoke to Jamie. He stated the Jeep was there and I explained to him that I thought the $1000 processing fee was a bit much. I told him I was paying cash and would do the DMV work myself. He stated that the price was negotiable. My sister and I drove over 2.5 hours to look at a jeep. Jamie would not go over numbers with me said I had to wait for the finance manager. After waiting over an hour to speak to him. He proceeds to tell me the processing fee is $1,499.00, and that there are additional fees that are required due to the amount of money they have to pay the auction house. Now I am adding $2,000 to the price of the Jeep. Nope. They can make that money on someone else. Now for the jeep. The jeep had an inspection sticker of 3/21 (meaning done in March 2020), yet I was told they did not have the jeep that long. It is my understanding in VA that the dealership is required to have an inspection done before they can sell it. If they did have it done, it should have not passed, the tires are bald, turning signal did not work and stereo did not work. Yes, turning signal is an easy fix, tires about $1,000, and a new stereo couple $100. Sad to call and be lied to and then spend all that time going there and coming back home, over 5 hours. This is what gives dealerships bad names.

Rip off

by N.A.G. on 06/30/2017

I bought a car, thry could not get financing and now they don't want to return the downpayment. I keep calling and no manager wants to pick up the phone. I will take them to court, they called me a liar, and they will have to.orove it. WARNING Don't buy from them. To sell you the car they will do anything, you take the car and after 2 weeks, they ask you to bring it back and no refund. Save your money and go somewhere else.
