Customer Reviews of Battlefield Toyota
Most positive experience in auto sales I've ever experienced
by 01/21/2022
onI was searching for a used Camry and found one listed by Battlefield Toyota which is approximately an hour away from my home. From the very first call (sales manager), to the referral to a salesman, to the used car manager, to the finance manager, and even to the receptionist, this dealership is a class act. To a person they have all been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Add to that, a general friendliness and sense of humor and you have a recipe for a great sales experience which is so rare these days. I can't think of a single negative thing about dealing with this group and, after three months I am still very happy with my Camry. To put this in perspective, I'm a senior citizen and have purchased many, many automobiles in my lifetime, both new and used, and never before have I been this pleased with a dealership.

Come to Culpeper for a new Toyota
by 09/18/2017
onMy wife and I spent the last few weekends stopping by Battlefield Toyota just to check out the vehicles. We knew we were looking for a newer vehicle and liked what all the JD Powers ratings, reliability history, and most importantly total cost of ownership. Each time we visited we would proceed directly to the vehicle lot just to size them up (you can only review and research cars to a certain point on the internet) and were immediately met by courteous sales representatives. We still did not know which SUV we were looking to buy when we came back on Saturday and finally decided to test drive a few cars, but we came across SalesRep Michael DeNoble by surprise while he was bringing out a vehicle for a couple with an appointment. He showed us the car, since his appointment was running late, and took us for a couple test drives of different vehicles and made us feel at home during the purchasing process of our new Highlander.

Pleased!
by 08/31/2017
onI recently purchased a new vehicle and could not be more pleased with the entire process. My sales person, Phillip Coleman, the sales manager and the finance manager all treated me with respect and consideration. I did my research before going, knew what vehicle I wanted, what I wanted to pay for it and what I should get for my trade-in. With a little, to-be-expected bargaining, I got exactly what I wanted. I have purchased many cars in my 73 years; wish that all could have been as pleasant as this one was. Just before I started to write this review I saw an ad on television from a company that touted buying a car without a salesman. If your sales person is good, and Phillip is, he or she is your best friend in that dealership. He knows the vehicles and can steer (forgive the pun) you in the right direction. Remember, more than anyone else, the sales person wants a deal to culminate.

Great service!
by 03/23/2017
onI worked with Darryl Fagan and Luke Lukachik and they provided great customer service. Prior to doing business with them I would drive about 6 hours round trip to another Toyota dealership because the local Toyota dealership (Fredericksburg/Stafford area) greatly lacks customer service. They answered all my questions when I was purchasing my new Yaris and were very friendly even though they ended up working late. They exceeded my expectations and I will be driving the approx. hour to Battlefield Toyota to have my new Yaris serviced with them.

Toyota Tacoma
by 08/15/2016
onI dealt with Mary Fletcher while purchasing a 2010 Toyota Tacoma. Mary was very friendly and easy to talk to. She had the information about the truck/dealership policies ready to go. If she didn't know a specific answer she went and found someone who did. Very smooth process for buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mary Fletcher.

DO NOT BUY HERE
by 04/18/2016
onThe one positive thing is they did get me financed but the salesman was less than helpful. His attitude was either buy it or not. I asked to have things shown to me but he didn't really care. The price was a bit high and there was no negotiating. I wasn't told until I went through the whole process that emissions was not done in Culpepper. I was told the machine was too expensive. I found out on my own it is because Culpepper does not require emissions. Also, after going through the whole hassle I was told I needed a VA license to buy a car. That iisn't accurate according to law or the DMV but I managed to get it done. Plus, the temp tags expired and the new tags have yet to arrive. I went to Stafford Toyota for the emissions and I wish I bought the car from them. They followed up regarding a simple emissions test. I'm buying a different radio set up with GPS from Stafford!

Fantastic Experience
by 10/06/2015
onAfter a horrible experience with Lustine of Woodbridge on Saturday, we took a drive to Culpeper on Sunday and are we happy that we did. Ryan Hamel our salesperson was super easy to work with - Kriss Williams the business manager was efficient and was able to get us at the payment we wanted. Lee was also great. I love my new Toyota 4 Runner. We will never buy from another dealership again. It was worth the drive. They made buying a vehicle very easy! We were in and out in just a little over an hour.

Donald Robinson
by 09/14/2015
onDonald made buying my SUV almost painless from beginning to the end. He kept me informed of what was going to happen and literally was my support system in the whole process. I went in with a price and deal in mind and Donald help make it happen for me. Other than one other person which I have known many years the Best sales person ever. What he promised I got and that is my Newly used Acadia. Also Kris Williams my finance person was absolutly a delight to do business with.
