I drove an hour and a half out of my way to give these guys a chance and I'm so glad I did. Everyone was awesome. They made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions with no pressure. They made me feel like I was the only customer there. I got the exact car I wanted and the payment I wanted. I didn't have to settle for anything less. The service was above and beyond. They have earned me as a return customer and I have already recommended them to others.

Great deals on vehicles at Shelor Subaru!

I have bought two vehicles from Shelor Subaru (2018 Forester and 2021 Legacy). I got an awesome deal both times and Roger Howard was great to work with! Going through the finance portion of the sales was quick and easy with no pressure ever to buy something I didn't need or want. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

In my opinion, the whole buying experience was overly complicated and took much too long. Surely, there are ways to simplify the process. Also, I found the hard sell by the finance officer of insurance and services to be rather aggravating.

Everyone was so wonderful to help us and get us in a great car. Salesman Steven Thompson was great to work with us and help get us in our Ascent. George was wonderful as well & his knowledge on the cars was so helpful. He should us short cuts we were not aware of. Everyone at Shelors was simply wonderful! The sales person and loan rep being in the same building was such a blessing since I had my parents with me and didn’t have to go back and forth between buildings.
