Disappointing

If your vehicle wasn’t purchased there expect to be treated unfairly. Your vehicle held hostage to get payment from the nations top extended warranty company and making you pay rental for 3 extra days because they wouldn’t release your vehicle to you; staring if we had sold to you we know we would be paid. Extended warranty repairs made that didn’t address the current problem and made before customer approval and signing. Then the same problem occurs and the issue finally repaired under extended warranty. Expect to pay your deductible at least twice to fix one problem. Too busy to diagnose the previous problem for 5 days for a 15 minute repair, ended up paying 9 days rental because my signature wasn’t exactly in a certain box; closed up Saturday and Sunday forcing that weekend wait.

New Service Center

I only needed a state inspection. I was told it would take 1 hr 15 min, it was completed in 45 min, & that included 20 min that the car was still sitting in the intake area! Very surprising! I appreciated the charging station at the table. The snack area was nice, but there is only reg & decaf coffee. I like the specialty coffee machine that is at the other Service Center. Having the cashiers behind the glass seemed unfriendly & closed off; the other Service Center their area is open to the customers, seems more inviting. There is no play area for kids like the other Service Center. Overall, in & out ... very quick service.
