My new ranger

The people who worked with me at Cavalier ford was top shelf in my book.my salesman Ben I cant say enough about. We did opinions, what did I want,not what he wanted me to by. The dealership is very clean. There is no pressure from anyone. I bought my truck to trade in on the ford ranger. We made the deal. I drove my truck back to Elizabeth city nc an cleaned my stuff out of it an brought it back the next day. Everyone else would of wanted me to clean it out there in the rain. You go to Cavalier ford an you will met the nicest people. Glad I did

2020 Ford Escape

New 2017 MKX Purchase

We had an excellent experience purchasing a new 2017 MKX from Cavalier Ford Lincoln. Reggie Ferebee was so patient in showing us many different cars and allowing us to also test drive them. Ernest Bray was great to work with in finalizing our car options and coming up with a good purchase price. When our vehicle was ready, Reggie went out of his way to bring us to the dealership to pick up the car, and Ernest took special care to show us all the many features in the MKX. We will definitely come back to this dealership in the future.

New F150

Just purchased a new 2016 F150 from Cavalier Ford. Worked with Buddy Johnson who is very knowledgeable about Ford trucks and who was able to answer all our questions. He was patient and understanding in dealing with us on our trade in and on the new vehicle. I am convinced we got the best deal on our new truck. Buddy makes it extremely easy to purchase a new vehicle and I believe he goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer is treated fairly. Without question I would go to Cavalier Ford and contact Buddy Johnson when I need a new car. The F150 is a great truck and we are very happy with it.

My cavalier lincoln experience

This is my first lincoln and I chose the 2016 mkx, very nice vehicle and I wanted something that would be close to the bmw x5 that I had. To my surprise I love this suv, my salesman was mark Ballance and he was outstanding, I also dealt with Mr Odom who was great as well. Mr. Ballance assured me that my journey wouldn't just end with him selling us a car so we are obliged to take him up on this ! Good job so far, thank you !

Awesome dealership bought my car there extremely outstanding sales services the salesman showed us different models and equipment explain everything to my wife and me. when we sat down and work out the deal on 31 may they gave me a good appraisal for my 01 Rodeo and the deal on the car was exactly what we can work with give the a try and they will be very satisfied

Dealership/Friend for Life

You hear catchy slogans, promises, and come on's from many car dealerships. I want to say that Cavalier Ford Lincoln Greenbrier doesn't just say they want to be your dealership for life they actually mean it and stand behind it. Most dealership during the courtship (when your looking and buying)are there to meet and exceed your expectations, then after 5 years and your warranty expires your a name on work order invoice. That isn't Cavalier, they stand behind you even years after your purchase, customer service, parts and service. I have been with Cavalier over 30 years because of the way they treat me and my vehicles. Not just when I'm buying and everything is perfect, they stand behind you when things are not so perfect. you will never leave the dealership feeling dissatisfied, ignored or mistreated. I manage a large information data center with thousands of customers, I used Cavalier Ford Lincoln Greenbrier in my last talk to my staff on how customer service should be done. They make each customer feel special and fairly treated even if the news wasn't so great. The management staff knows customer loyalty, the service staff knows customer satisfaction, and sales staff knows customers expectations and needs. I'm a Cavalier customer for over thirty years, and will be for another 30 years. I'm picky, cantankerous, and not easy to please, but Cavalier, you have earned my trust, loyalty, and respect. You all have choices, If you choose Cavalier Ford Lincoln Greenbrier as your dealership you will not be disappointed.

Third time and still a charm!

This was my third new vehicle I bought from Dave C. at Cavalier ). The first two were necessary work trucks (1996 and 2002), this purchase was for a vehicle I need but was unsure of what I wanted or what would fill all my needs.I shopped for two weeks and test drove 16 different vehicles. I was ready to go buy a different vehicle from another dealership and Dave called me to look at a used car they had just gotten in. He knew the new Ford I had looked at was not quite right for me but he kept an eye open for ones which might have filled my needs. He never gave me any pressure to "give in" or "settle" for one that was not right for me. I did not like the one he had called me about but we walked the lot and looked at many others, then we found one that finally yelled "buy me"! I drove it and fell in love with it- I had never thought about a used car until that day! I feel I got the best vehicle for my money with this Toyota Highlander than any of the other 15 new cars I drove! Very pleased so far, I hope my relationship with the dealership continues with this car as I intend to keep it many years. With my work trucks purchased years earlier I never had a need to visit Cavalier for service but I plan on it with this vehicle. Especially now with the dealership perks Cavalier is offering, not just gimmicks as I learned many other dealers offer.I felt no pressure from the after market sales or for any extended warranty products at Cavalier which is very important to me. I have recommended Dave and Cavalier to friends in the past and I will continue to advise my friends about them.

My husband and I had a great experience when we bought our F150 from Cavalier. Our salesman, Bill Summerlin was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Bill went above and beyond our expectations. My wife and I were referred to Cavalier Ford Greenbrier and Bill S., our Sales Representative, by my parents whom have bought other vehicles from Cavalier and Bill in the past. Bill did an amazing job explaining all of the details and offerings available for the brand new 2011 Ford Explorers in December of 2010 (right when the new models were released). Bill's patience and knowledge of the newly offered vehicle platform was the very reason that allowed us to quickly make the determination to choose the Ford Explorer over its competition. We were greated by key mangement personel during our visit, were offered fresh coffee and had an overall wonderful experience. Our family will definitely be back the next time we are in the market.
