Very Poor Service

by E M Penn on 03/23/2021

I saw a Jaguar XJ online, went in to take a look. Salesman1 was very courteous. He let me look around the vehicle and we discussed the possible value for my trade in but in any case I had my cash and was to purchase if the vehicle was in good driving condition. As I’m about to go for a test drive, salesman2 approaches me and says the vehicle is “basically sold”. I asked if there was a deposit on the vehicle because there was no sign on it and it’s still listed as available on the website. He says no but his buddy is coming in a couple of days to purchase but I can still go on a test drive if I want to “see how it feels to drive it”. This is unsatisfactory customer service and DO NOT suggest that any potential customers waste time with that level of incompetence and unprofessionalism.

Enthusiastic Staff

by John on 06/19/2019

I was greeted with prompt response and provided with all the information regarding the vehicle. I dealt with very respectful and insightful staff who knew all the information about their vehicles. Staff is very enthusiastic about inventory and really cares about costumers.

Very responsive with my questions

by Saidmnassim on 04/17/2019

I am very selective with my vehicles and did pretty long research before getting the car market. They had exactly the car I wa spooking for, the knew every small trim or option thevehicke was equipped. This is what I want to be obtained at every dealership, I don't want to deal with sales people, I want to be dealing with enthusiastic staff who knows about their vehicles.

Enthusiastic Sales Team

by Jasminemoore on 04/17/2019

I was followed up on very promtly after my inquiry. It didn't take long for them to assist upon my arrival. The vehicle was parked at but right spot but the gentleman I dealt with pulled it out for me to be able to take a look at it. After the test drive they sent me to a credit union With a the final price we had agreed upon. I am very happy with the service and knowledge these young gents had given me.

BAD DEALERSHIP

by Theo on 04/13/2019

This is the worst of the worst Dealership in this Washington Metro Area. I bought BMW 2011 750LI Grey color, from them in February 2019 and the very first Night i took the car home, i Notice all sorts of issues and i Reach out to them about the issue i experienced on my way home from the Dealership after buying this car,At first they seem to care and gives all sort of Excuses they have in their books. I bought the Car Cash, They later Promise to look into the issue and later denied ever making that Promise. Their Sale leader has the effrontery to even has me to [non-permissible content removed] on the phone,I will Advise anyone that intends to buy from them to have a Rethink, because this guys are Fraudulent,They believe they are smart and am about to proof that analogies wrong with them by suing them for Fraudulent Transitions that occurs on that lot they call office. The issue with the car, 1. The back self leveling suspension is out and they sold it with that condition 2. The Twins Turbo Charger has damaged and leaking oil into the Exhaust pipe, creating very strong Blueish Smoke 3.The Rim of the car has been Patched several that is out of Alignment. 4. According to BMW of sterling, The car should have failed Car safety Inspection but this dealership claim it passed. 5.Smokes from the Engine Compartment Easily gets to the cabin after long period of driving. 6.The car is Overheating. 7. Burning Oil, have added 5 quart already after just 3 days of Ownership. The Cars on their lots are dead Traps that are waiting for the next Victim to fall into, I beg you to have everything in papers, because this guys lies easily, lying is part of their DNA,that is how they sell to their unsuspecting victims. Am Writing this review to Warn others of this Dealership not to fall into the same trap they set for their unsuspecting customers. This Dealership should be shutdown for Aiding and Abetting, and for Intentional Selling Faulty Cars. Am suing them for Intentional Selling Cars that are not Roadworthy to the members of the public, they are treats to public safety for intentionally selling cars that has safety issues and selling cars that normally should not have pass Virginia safety Inspections and then went ahead to Pass it through their fraudulent safety Inspectors . Am Filing a claim at Virginia DMV Business Regulation Section and Licensing Board Against this fraudulent Dealership. and also filing against this Dealership Surety Bond. I took the Car to BMW of Sterling and i was told the car should not have pass Virginia safety Test as it Failed the Virginia Emission Test. Am taking that Statement from BMW of Sterling to give my lawyer to Build a solid Case against them to Help Other that may fall for their Tricks Be Warned!!!!!!!!!!

Professional Staff

by Kelseymarie on 12/18/2018

I came here because I saw that they had one of my favorite cars ever - an Audi S5. I finally made the decision to stop by, and I was never disappointed. I saw the exact vehicle I was looking for as soon as I arrived. Part of what brought me in was how descriptive their online photos were. I literally saw over 85 detailed photos of the car I wanted. When I came in, it was exactly what I expected. No games or hidden details. Al was the guy I spoke to and he was very friendly and honest with me about everything. He showed me a lot of really cool features about the car, and I never felt pressured or rushed during the process. I honestly wish I would've came here sooner, because I'm sure most other dealerships won't be as patient as they were. If you're looking for a special vehicle for yourself, I would recommend this place to anyone.

True Enthusiasts

by shenice on 12/14/2018

Very Friendly and Enthustiastic staff upon my arrival. I was thrilled dealing with this dealership because they actually are knowledgable with their inventory. It didn't feel like stepping my foot on a car dealerships, they seem very passionate with their inventory and I must admit their selection is really one a kind. Mr. Jason chose the perfect vehicle for me to take it a drive through. Once he pointed out all the possible options of the vehicle from there I knew this was my vehicle. I purchased a 2012 BMW 750LI Xdrive and I haven't been any happier. I drive to work every day and thank them for choosing the most comfortable, luxury vehicle for my long distance work trips.

Scam job

by Stephan on 10/05/2018

I bought a 2012 BMW 550iGT and drove it 27 miles before it had a drive train malfunction. I had to bring it into BMW and have one coil and spark plug replaced for $465. Than when they checked it, the coolant hoses that lead to the turbos were leaking, thats a $1651 repair. Also, the valve seat was broken, causing white smoke to come out the back of the car. that is a $7,281 repair. The break pads were replaced by Arlington Auto Group to have the car pass inspection but the rotors were not, and they are warped. In total, after paying close to $20,000 for this car, I still need to pay $11,847 to get it running... My opinion is that they buy the cars cheap, clean them up (a little, the engine compartment was full of salt still when I got the car) and get them to JUST barely pass inspection and sell them for a lot of money. They wouldn't even try to help me or compromise for any of these problems.

A happy and unique experience with a car dealer

by KJSChicago on 08/23/2018

I just purchased a 2008 Maserati quattroporte from Giorgio at Arlington Auto Group and in all of my 60+ years I have never been treated with the respect, honesty and professionalism that I was shown by Giorgio and the entire dealership; they mean exactly what they say and go beyond expectations to make sure they satisfy their customers. If you are looking to have the same experience that I enjoyed, look no further than Arlington Auto Group...I just can't say enough about them !! KJS, Chicago
