We were looking for a GV70 for two months and searched every dealer within 120 miles radius. Finally we found the car we loved in this dealership. Mike (Michael Anderson - the sales specialist) called me 3 o'clock in the afternoon telling me they have the vehicle we like on the lot and 4 hours latter, I was taking that car home! it came so out of the blue that I couldn't believe it is happening thus, I didn't even get a ride (we live 50 miles away) and had to leave my other car there for a couple of days! Mike was very friendly, very professional very polite and very understanding. the whole process went on very smooth a convenient. I am very happy that I did business with Genesis of Alexandria specially with Mike (Michael Anderson). The other good thing that I liked with this dealership was that they don't charge you anything over the sticker price. I am very well aware that when you are spending over 50 thousand dollars, a few more grand may not be a big deal but I find it kind of offensive so I give another positive rate to the Genesis of Alexandria for not insulting the customers by over charging them.
