Went looking for a new car tonight at Burlington Mitsubishi, the sales person Adam Crowley listened to what we were looking for, price range, trade in ,etc. He worked with us and got us exactly what we wanted and then some. He was really great. Actually all the sales people that were there were very friendly. I will be going to see Adam Crowley (Burlington Mitsubishi) when in need for another car, and I will certainly recommend to friends and family. Very pleased with everything tonight

I recently bought a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport at Burlington Mitsubishi. The sales man was Adam C. I was very happy with him and his low pressure approach. Burlington Mitsubishi recently sold me a 2013 Lancer. The car is great and the warranty is unmatched, but that is not the chief reason to buy a car from this dealership. Reason number one is the staff. Salesman Adam C. grew up locally and clearly has Vermont values. It is evident within minutes that he is genuinely interested in making a sale that works for the buyer. For us that meant fitting the car to our personality/profession/family. He was honest, authentic and transparent about the process. When the sale was being financed, he helped us avoid unnecessary expenses and superfluous warranties. My gratitude extends to Tim B. Tim worked swiftly and diligently to find the best possible financing for our family. He ultimately bought out negative equity on our old car and managed to find a bank loan with a very low 3.9% APR. The final sales price was very reasonable. I could not be more satisfied.

I have been to dealerships before and here the salesmen come with their fakes smiles trying to offer whatever they can. But that is definitely what I experienced at the Shelburne Rd. Mitsubishi. Adam C., the dealer that helped me, was great! He made you feel very comfortable, there was no pressure and he helped me stay within my budget. I have been doing business with Mitsubishi a few years now and I plan to keep them as my Dealership for many years to come.

Was overly impressed with purchase and with nate e. salesman.he went above and beyond to hewr my needs and wants in a newer vehicle and lead me towards my ideal vehicle.he was very knowledgable and enthusiastic about what he does and takes time to listen to what u want, he diesnt try to sell u a vehicle he makes the experience awesome and enjotable and just directs you towards your want list.great experience and would buy a vehicle from nate e. anyday.
