Wonderful Experience!

The young man who assisted us asked pertinent questions about what our price range might be and actually listened to what we told him we needed. He did his best to direct us towards vehicles that he felt would fit our needs the best. I have purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime and generally dislike the people who work in dealerships because they tend to be very pushy, don't listen and are disingenuous. I was very impressed with this dealership. The "family" running it pulled me right in and I just wanted to hug them all when we were done!

Adam was so helpful but not pushy over the past 3 months. When we visited the dealership he greeted us ,was very friendly, and answered all our questions. Because of the very large inventory we were able to get the color, model and accessories we wanted . We did not have to take something that was close. Add to that the best price on it in northern New England. WOW!

I have to say this is one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. The staff was very friendly very helpful. They went above and beyond. Adam took the time was very personable very well knowledged answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier with my 2017 Mitsubishi outlander sport. A great car from a wonderful dealership

Pro-active salesmanship, but not too too overly pushy. They offer quality products at fair prices. Bob Noyes was very knowledgable of the product line, and for questions he did not know the answer to immediately, he took the time to research it for me and get back in touch with the correct answers. Could you ask for any better? Of course one is expected to pay a bit more through a dealership for a pre-owned car, but it's worth it, for the peace of mind knowing that the dealership and Mitsubishi stand behind their warranty and product. I invested in just the perfect car I was looking for, and they offered it at such a fair price, that I cancelled my plans to go look at Hondas and Hyundais the next day. Thanks for making it so easy for me to not have to shop around any more! This was my first car buying experience (outside of Craigslist private sales) and of all the dealerships I visited, I liked Quality Mitsubishi the best.

Bob was very pleasant, and worked hard to make sure I understood everything and was getting the car and everything I wanted. He was very communicative as well. Mike was also helpful, making sure my phone would pair properly with the car. It was amazing how quickly it all came together, and the quality of service all around was excellent. The gentlemen who delivered my car were very nice as well
