Great Experience Buying My First Subaru!

I have always owned a Honda but my last experience with Honda soured me causing me to look elsewhere and I found myself purchasing a Subaru Crosstrek. I was beyond impressed with our sales rep, Jason, who made the buying experience so comfortable and easy. Everyone I interacted with during the transaction further enforced confidence in my purchase! Absolutely loved the team of capable people genuinely wanting to help give me the best experience possible.

Dreading to buy a vehicle because of past experiences over a decade and a half ago, the experience at Mark Miller was incredible. We found a vehicle through our own choosing without pressure. The price for the vehicle was even lower than online vehicle appraisal sites. A small cosmetic scratch found on the vehicle is also attentively being addressed for no charge.

I'd recommend Mark Miller Subaru. They kept all their promises and made sure I was satisfied. Jon Barney helped me buy a Subaru and gave me a good price for it. He also answered all my questions and made the process a fun and learning experience.

Buying my first Subaru

I was in need of a new car for commuting to work. I had never been to Mark Miller or thought about a Subaru before. I had purchased two Honda's in the past two years from a major dealer. The last experience left me very disappointed and I was wary of most dealerships and sales people. We stopped into Mark Miller on our way to another dealership. We met Tony who was very honest from the start and sometimes told us what we didn't want to hear. My wife and I were very comfortable dealing with Tony and we decided we would make our purchase at Mark Miller. We were given a very fair trade in price and paid a very fair price. They even worked with me to get an extended warranty that would benefit me more because of the miles I drive. They met all of the commitments and even provided a loaner car while they did some extra detail work on the inside. Tony and the staff at Mark Miller were great and we will be buying our next car from them.

After looking at Subaru's for the first time ever at the Auto Expo and then going for a test drive the next day at a dealership I fell in love! I did a lot of research on different cars in person, on test drives and online including the Edmund's app which is how I found my car. The perfect specd car brought me to Mark Miller but Matt, Roger and Kurt in the Internet department and the rest of this awesome dealership are why I'll return again and again!!!! LOVE MY WRX!!!

2015 STI

This is the second car I have purchased through Jordan Rock at Mark Miller Subaru South Towne and I would recommend him to anyone. He worked hard to get me what I wanted and for a great price. I went to another dealership in the valley and was very unsatisfied by the way I was treated and the offer I was given. Jordan gave me a great price on my trade in and the absolute best deal on an STI. Seriously go see Jordan he's the man.

Not your typical dealership

Mark Miller Subaru is not what I wold call a typical dealership. The sales people are not pushy. I don't feel dirty or that I might be taken advantage of. I was in there 3-4 times and test drove the car I wanted. None of the salesmen had to tag along. They offered to let me take it up the canyon to make sure it handled the way I wanted. Not ONCE was price or "what do you want your monthly payment to be" or "Do you have a trade in" or "How much are you planning to put down?" discussed. We didn't talk numbers until I was ready. Dawn is the nicest! Kevin was very helpful, and Pete is awesome! I have owned Subaru's for over 10 years and I always have them serviced at Mark Miller Subaru. The Service department is great. They do everything they can to maintain my car and make recommendations and make it easy on my wallet. I would highly recommend anybody in the market for a new Subaru (or I know they also have other used vehicles) to check them out!

I had an excellent experience at Mark Miller Subaru South Towne. New to Utah, I had been in communication with Curtis H prior to my move to determine my car preferences. When I arrived at the dealership, the staff were friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my new car, and even happier that I purchased it from this dealership. This is my first Subaru! I love my car! The sales people I worked with we're wonderful. Roger R made my experience very positive, and did not put any pressure on me. He was not a pushy salesman which I appreciated. Roger and the team took time to explain and show me in depth the features of the car. I greatly appreciate it and would recommend this dealer and dealership!

This is the third car lease from Mark Miller and the experience has been better every time. The last 2 leases were done with a very professional young man named Jordan R. Not only is the sales staff excellent, but then it continues to there service department. I will continue to lease or buy cars at this dealership because of these outstanding qualifications and the follow up of the ownership team.

I started my Subaru buying experience at Nate Wade Subaru in Salt Lake City. After spending several hours with a salesman I got nowhere. He asked me not to shop around or look online among other things. It just didn't feel right. Very soon after I called Jason M at Mark Miller. I worked with Jason a few months prior very briefly, and I kept his card because of his professionalism. He was eager to help me out right away, and on his day off. We scheduled a time to meet up the next day. Jason and the rest of his staff worked very quickly and created a no hassle environment. I've never had a better, easier car buying experience. I got a great deal on a new Subaru, and I'll probably never set foot inside Nate Wade again. I know Jason at Mark Miller Subaru will take care of anything I need help with whether it's with my current Subaru or a future one. Thanks Jason!

I was incredibly impressed with Mark Miller Subaru South Towne. Dave T was an excellent salesperson to work with. This is my third Subaru, and I went to several other dealers on my search. Dave's professional, straightforward helpful nature made me feel I was getting a a great car for a good price. I have several family members and friends who have used Dave, and Mark Miller, and I will continue to recommend him to all my friends.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mark Miller Subaru Southtowne. My salesman, Tony, was straight forward and honest with me through the entire process. He fought for me to make sure that I got the best deal possible and that we could make this car buying happen. Once I decided on a car and we went into Financing I worked with Dave. As with Tony, Dave made sure we talked through every concern or question that was brought up. I did not feel rushed or that my questions were a imposition. Dave answered each and every questions and concern. Every other car buying experience I have had has been awful and I was dreading deal with that again with this new car purchase. The experience I had with the staff at Mark Miller was by far the most exceptional experience. I really appreciate Tony, Dave, and everyone else involved at Mark Miller for helping me out with everything I needed. I defiantly recommend them to my friends and family and will look to them again for my next car purchase.

My husband and I bought a new 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport from Dawn S at Mark Miller South Towne. We could not be happier about the experience. We started working with Dawn through email. She was always up front and very clear about what was included in the price. She answered questions quickly and throughly. When we got to the dealership, everyone was kind and courteous, and we never felt any pressure to purchase any add ons or extended service plans. We got a great deal and love our new car. This is our first time buying a new car and we were nervous from all the horror stories from family and friends about their own experiences with other dealers. We feel spoiled and will be sending anyone who wants a new Subaru to Dawn.

I recently purchased a CPO from Mark Miller South Towne and had a great experience. "Old" Dave helped make the process completely painless and a surprisingly fun experience. They had a great selection, and an atmosphere that wasn't bend on wheeler dealer tactics, but pure and simple service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

2014 Subaru Legacy

We had a great experience with Dave T at Mark Miller Subaru. We weren't evening planning on buying a car and had been looking at other SUV's. We went in to see the Tribeca and fell in love with the Subaru Legacy. We looked at the used and found it was so affordable to buy new. Dave found the color we wanted and it came in faster than what we were planning on. It was great. They have added the clear bra and tint and everyone has been great to work with!
