In October 2016 I was searching for a new GMC Terrain Denali, I found Salt ake Valley GMC and am I glad I did. Best price, Best customer service, and I can't thank Amer Kicin, Rob, and Gary, enough. From the time I called the dealership, until the time I arrived in Utah to pickup the car their communication was nothing short of excellent Amer, is so knowledgeable, and compassionate about his customers understanding every detail on the vehicles they are buying. His follow-up after the sale has been impeccable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a new car.

By far the best experience I have had buying cars, I have bought 5 cars from them, 3 Yukons and 2 Acadia we love the cars and service every time! Kim, Rob and the whole staff are great.

This dealership is very disorganized. The top people such as sale manager name Kim? Never seen people such unprofessional! I would buy car from them if were not for their disorganized and unprofessional manner.

Listened to my needs as far as price, upside down loan problems as well as best lease option. When the numbers were not quite where I needed them Gabe and Rob (oh, and Gary) helped change that and got me into a new vehicle that will better serve me. They were awesome!

New truck purchase

Had a pleasant expeiance at your dealership, however have been disapointed that a few things have fallen through the cracks. we asked for the arches license plates as we do not like to advertise for a private enterprise, but got the ski utah plates anyway. we ordered seat extenders and were assured they would be in in two days, and we would be called when they arrived. no call. we had to call after a week to find that they were there. we asked the same gentleman to look into a spray in bed liner for the truck, and an under the bed tow hitch on the reccomendation of your finance guy. Still waiting. (Our new spray in bed liner looks great the other guys were very accomidating, got it done the next day after I called them). I am sure the same will happen when I call on the Hitch. Guess you guys made more money on the truck than I thought and are not interested in the add ons.

Purchasing my Canyon

Sharif the salesman that I worked with was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure that the experience was pleasant. He was not pushy but he did follow up with me when needed. He even came in on his day off to make sure he was there when I came to look at the truck for the third time. He was outside waiting for me every time that I came to the dealership and when I pulled in to pick up the new vehicle he was out there with a spray bottle and a rag giving the truck one last polish. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

I came in expecting to buy a used car and the dealer helped my find a really good deal on a brand new car that was right in my budget. Super friendly staff and free car washes for the life of the car! My family was impressed by how friendly the staff was they made sure everything was all right before I drove off the lot. My sisters recently just bought a car and said the service didn't compare to the other dealerships. And the next time they buy a car they are going to salt lake Buick gmc!

We had been to several dealers around the valley, obviously could not find the service or car I was looking for. My husband decided he wanted to check SLV GMC. This was the best experience I could have asked for. The GM personally took the time to assist us in the process and gave us the best price upfront. I love my new Verano and will be back when I am ready to buy another vehicle. I have told everyone I know.

This dealer had a huge inventory to choose from. I told the salesman what I was looking for and 5 minutes later he had the exact SUV pulled up to the front door where it was covered (it was cold and raining the day we came in). The salesman was a normal "down to earth guy" that understood my needs and didn't try to push me into a car I didn't want or higher car payments. The manager came out and spoke to us, unlike other dealers where they hide in a back office. Overall I had a great experience and will recommend Salt Lake Valley to anyone looking for a car.

Bait and Switch

There was a good price quoted on a Toyota Camry Hybrid on edmunds.com. We talked to the salesman he didn't balk at the quoted price. We test drove the car, liked it, and went back to make the deal. We were informed by the owner that the car was listed for $6000 more than the quote. At first, he was willing to go down to only $3000 more than the quoted price, and said he didn't know where the Edmunds price had come from. We showed him the printout. He said it was a mistake. He stood firm, and we walked out. By the way, the car is still available at the original quoted price on Edmunds, so they aren't too anxious to fix the "mistake."
