If you want a Toyota or any other car the only dealership you should go to in the Salt Lake Valley is Mark Miller! They have terrific customer service and the care you receive before, during and after you purchase from them is top of the line!!! Donât go anywhere else.

Great sales department! I had to ask the front desk assistant to summon a sales person to look at new 4-Runners. A very friendly, knowledgeable young man provided me with a test drive 4-Runner that I requested. I decided to buy and was provided a great trade-in price and was then given a great discount on the new 4-Runner. All with NO pressure. This was the best car buying experience I've experienced in my 70 years. Mark Miller Toyota provided vehicle familiarization and answered any questions I had. I have since received 3 follow-up e-mails assuring my satisfaction. Buy at Mark Miller Toyota; the Best Toyota Dealership.

Awesome dealership

My 2018 Prius is the second car purchased from Mark Miller and I dont see any reason I wouldn't go there for my next. They were very thorough in explaining all the new features, made sure I understood all my options, and got me in and out same day. Great staff and facility as well, would recommend Mark Miller to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota

Deal was so great I bought new!

I went in to look at a used 2015 RAV4 but walked away with a brand new 2018 for just a few thousand more. They were very transparent and extremely accommodating. Not pushy in the least, unlike the Nissan dealership I was at just hours before. Iâll definitely go back for my next car!

Awesome Sales & Service

With the help of Spencer in sales, I ordered a 2015 Tacoma Access cab, V6, 6 spd, with all the options I felt I needed since I was putting an 850 lb Four Wheeler pop up camper on it. The TRD supercharger, performance exhaust, alloy wheels, and enhanced security package were dealer installed and have worked flawlessly! I can only say great things about sales, and the super fast service dept. I have only been in for recommended service and every time it was fast!

I recently bought a 4Runner here and had a very nice experience. I have bought a number of cars over the years at various dealerships, and I typically do not really like the experience at any of them. I really do not like salesman and sales managers treating me like THEY are going to SELL me something. Instead I want to choose what I want to BUY without being pushed. "What is it going to take to make you a sweet deal and get you into this car TODAY?" I hate even going to car dealerships because I do not want them to call me and hassle me if I'm not immediately ready to buy. I also hate being pushed to buy nonsense add-ons by finance managers (like the one at another major dealer in the area that tried to get me to buy undercoating on a new vehicle, pushed me into buying some prepaid oil changes that I did not want and I have found hard to use, and added a charge for overpriced door edge guards (about $125 that were never part of the initial deal and are on Amazon for $10). What I want is to get a fair price, be treated with courtesy and professionalism, get my questions answered, and then I think about what I want to do, and I choose what I want to buy. And, when I buy, I want the process to be efficient, I want to get things set up and get out of there. My experience at Mark Miller with salesman Kyle Rasmussen met all of these expectations for me. He found me the vehicle I wanted, the price was fair, and the process efficient with none of the salesman pushiness that I despise so much. I drove up from Utah County for this purchase, and I will do it again the next time I purchase a Toyota.

Poor Service

I was not impressed at all with the salesman, Robin. I felt like I was the one trying to sell something. We pursued our own financing for my daughter, since he was not motivated to help us. We initiated all contact, and made all of the efforts, just to see online that the car was already sold. We will not return to this dealership based on the way that their employee represented them. Go elsewhere for good service!

The Most Fun I've Had Buying A New Car

My experience with Mark Miller was phenomenal. I knew in advance that I wanted to buy a new Prius, so I went online and picked mine out. A form later, and I was talking to one of the most knowledgeable and funny people I've met. We arranged for me to try it out the next day. In advance of going to the dealership, they had provided me with a bottom-line price (and a guarantee that they would not charge me a cent more for the car). When I went down the next day, I was given an hour-long in-depth tour of the vehicle in the dealership's air conditioned bay and an opportunity to drive the car by myself. In the end, I paid about $4000 under MSRP and found myself extremely satisfied with the car and the deal I got. Best part: no haggling involved whatsoever!

I recently purchased a new Toyota Camry LE from Mark Miller Toyota in Salt Lake City. We live 50 miles north of SLC, but because of their competitive pricing and huge selection, I decided to go down and take a look. Their online pricing is very competitive. We dealt with 2 different salespeople over the span of 3-4 days and they were both great. They were very accommodating and respectful. They were knowledgeable and took the time to help me find the perfect car ( I think I test drove 5 cars!) They never tried to sell me something I didn't want and I never felt pressured to buy. I had previously visited several other dealers (not Toyota) and left feeling manipulated, but this was not the case here. They have obviously put a lot of thought and effort into making your buying experience a good experience. When my husband is ready to replace his car, we will definitely go back to Mark Miller Toyota. I would recommend them, I think you will leave happy.

I was getting my vehicle serviced at Mark Miller Toyota in Salt Lake during the mid-August timeframe and decided to pay a visit to the showroom to see what they had to offer as far as hybrids. I was interested in the Camry and Avalon Hybrids. My salesperson was Kelly C. What an awesome salesman! I told him exactly what I was interested in, and that is what he showed me. Although the Avalon had very good reviews online, I thought the seat was hard and the vehicle was a little big for my taste. I really liked the Camry Hybrid as far as how it drove, and Kelly was great - even though the Avalon was more expensive, he actually recommended the Camry. I was not pressured in anyway, and when it came to getting a price, they provided me with numbers I could not refuse. Quite frankly, this was one of the most pleasurable car shopping experiences that I have had - ever. I appreciate Kelly for his honesty and quick service, and also to the entire Mark Miller sales and service staff for making this a great buy. I have been recommending Kelly and Mark Miller to all my friends and family! And, I really like the car - excellent gas mileage - I can beat the EPA without trying.

Best car buying experience ever

I knew the car I wanted but dreaded having to go through the car-buying process. Mark Miller internet sales made it easy in ways I didn't know were possible. I emailed Jesse and he handled everything to order in exactly the car I wanted. I didn't even meet him until today when I received more than I expected for my trade-in. A painless deal all the way through. I won't go anywhere else.

Fast, Easy, and Excellent

The Sales team, including financing, were able to accomodate our schedule and made the process quick, easy, and very friendly. In addition, they worked hard to get the price we need to make our Priusaurus (as my son calls it) affordable. Worked with many car dealers, including other Toyota dealers and Mark Miller was the best.
