We have never experienced the quality of customer service! Garrett was the dealer we worked with and he was kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured into the deal and Cam, the sales supervisor, was more than willing to work with us. I would buy my cars over and over from these two. Thanks guys!

Chrys help me with the purchase of our car. We were looking for a used car on a fixed budget. He took the time to understand what we wanted. Over the course of 3 weeks if a car came on the lot he thought fit our needs he contacted me to let me know about it. He worked with me until we found the car we wanted. Thanks Chrys. I came in just trying to get an idea of something I may want. I ended finding a car I love and I'm super excited about. Jonah helped me the whole time and didn't pressure me or push me to anything I didn't want to purchase. He was amazing and professional. Everyone in the dealership seemed great.

I love Subaru’s. I just moved to Utah, and went to my closet Subaru dealer. They gave me a great price on the car. But I decide to shop anyway. After talking to a very nice salesman at Mark Miller Midtown Subaru. I found there was an extra $1,800 in fees that did not really benefit me, or the car in any way. I got a great price from Mike at the Mark Miller Midtown store right upfront, and finally got Young to match it. (Nate wade also tried to add “benefits” that turned out to be extra hidden fees, then soon took them off when they realized I was buying a Subaru today) After a few hours at young, they finally gave me the lower out the door price I got upfront at Mark Miller It wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had, but it’s a shame I didn’t live closer to the Midtown store. I would have liked to give an honest salesman my business. Living in Ogden, I thought buying a car where I was servicing it would be best, plus, I was told I had to buy at young to get the 2 free years of maintenance, only to find I could have gotten that at any dealer. Had I known that, I would have purchased the car at Midtown, then had my car serviced at young. Hopefully there service is better than their sales department. I hear good things about the service department there. Fingers crossed there’s no more very sneaky tricks.

Kelly Taylor was very helpful even taking us to another dealership in their group to look at another car. They agreed to get us a second car key ($275 value) without adding the cost to our car. We bought the car on Saturday and on Monday Zach called (who works in the business office and finalized our paperwork) and told us he found a lender who was going to give us 1.5% lower interest rate and all we had to do was come in and sign the papers! They also give you a flash drive with all the paperwork on it.

$4000 price increase on MSRP

Made an offer on a new car. They came back with the out the door price of $4k higher. There excuse was the car had extra accessories added like clear bra protection. Thanks but I didn't order that. They wouldn't negotiate at all. We walked. Very sad I couldn't make a deal close to home but very happy I found the deal I wanted at Doug Smith Subaru on the exact same car. Don't waste your time at this dealership.

Kenny ran up to our car and introduced himself and asked what we were looking for and then walked beside our car as we looked at the lot so we didnt have to get out. They helped us with our price range and helped us out as much as they could. We got the perfect car and are very happy. Would recommend!
