I just want to say thank you to Sam for really making me feel comfortable and explaining everything about buying my car And making it happen. I've never been to any other dealership where I felt so comfortable. Usually I get upset and leave but with this dealership I felt like I was part of the family and they did everything they had to go make sure I got the car I wanted instead of trying to put me into something else. Sam your amazing going above and beyond what you need to to make people happy. Even making my wife happy and doing things that you didn't even have to because of how another dealership got over on her. And thank you Anthony for all your help also. I will never go to another dealership again as long as you guys are in business and I am telling all my friends and family that if they are ready or even thinking of buying a car to come in and see Sam. Thank you again Sam your awesome!

I have been to many dealerships and even purchased a car from a few. When we went here we had been lied to and deceived by many other dealerships so it was gonna take a lot to please us and Sam did just that. He was so great and worked with us thru every step and got us into the exact car my husband wanted. He even got me a 2nd key for a car i bought at another dealership! He was great we will for sure be coming back to Sam and Central Auto for years to come and we will be referring everyone to them as well. We love our 2008 Nissan Altima coupe so much it was everything we were looking for.

Horrible Customer Service

I inquired on a vehicle a week and a half ago (last Monday) from out of state. I live in Colorado. I initially spoke with Hunter, who then transferred me to Austin. Austin sent me pictures, and then didn't reply to me for three days. After finally complaining, I was transferred to Sam on Thursday. I communicated with Sam on and off throughout the day Thursday. The car needed recall work to be performed which was scheduled for the following Tuesday. I asked Sam on Thursday for the name and number of the dealership, so that I could set up a pre-purchase inspection at the dealership while it was getting the recall work performed. Sam never followed up. I worked Fri-Sun 12.5 hour days. I called back Monday after finishing work, and Sam told me the person who scheduled the recall work had a family emergency (which I completely understand) and he didn't know where the recall work was going to be performed. I was understanding of the family emergency...but you need to communicate that to a buyer! He promised me he would call me Tuesday with an update of some kind...NO CALL. I was waiting to book a flight, until the inspection had been completed. I called Wednesday to speak with Hunter the manager, who was apparently there and then after being told he would call me..he still hasn't called. I have NEVER met a group of people with such low integrity, inability to communicate, and poor customer service. As much as I wanted the car, and was willing to fly out to buy it...I will never give you my business. I would stay far away from this dealership.

Went in to check out a car (Mini Cooper) ended up leaving with it the same day. My salesman was an he is awesome I highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone and everyone who wants to buy a car ! Thanks Sam for an awesome service.

Went in to look at an Avalanche. Met the salesman Sam, who cleaned all the snow off and helped me check it out. Awesome guy, ended up leaving with the truck. While they were running numbers, a guy came in to talk to Sam, who'd previously bought 5 cars/trucks from him. Came in just to say hi and BS...with his car salesman. Never heard of that before. Just an overall awesome, smooth experience. I'll be back again. Thanks Sam!!

Sam is very helpful, friendly, and doesn't pressure you into anything. He bends over backwards. Russell and Anthony are on top of things with financing and make things happen that other lots cant do without you leaving over your head or without what you need. I highly recommend to visit if your in need of a car.

This experience has been fluent and easy. Definitely something for the books. Going to a car dealership before; it wasn't that great at all. You feel trapped and out of time. Feeling you want to leave and can't. Definitely not cool. Here. You can feel at ease. Jokes. Laughter. Personally feeling connected through whatever. It's all good. Alex took care of us like customer service should be. Personable and by the books to the fullest. Much appreciation.

BEST PLACE EVER

I am a first time buyer with no credit. I had shopped around at other dealerships without any luck, ex. Larry H. Miller, J.D Byrider and Salt Lake Valley. I was discouraged by the lack of help and the lack of options. I saw an ad for Central Auto in "Zoom" and I thought I would stop by and check it out. I am leaving with a 2014 VW Passat the same day! Sam and Alex are amazing, honest and very helpful. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend getting a car from them. They're the best!

Awesome Dealership

I am typically not a fan of used car dealerships, or really dealerships in general. This dealership is the exception. I recently purchased a 2006 Porsche Cayenne and it was an amazing experience. My salesman, Nick was awesome. There was no pressure whatsoever and he was honest and fair with me. Everyone at the dealership from the finance manager to the service manager was so genuine. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely be back for my next car purchase. Ask for Nick!

We recently purchased a used Volkswagen Passat from this dealership, working primarily with "J. R." as salesman. He was very helpful, showed us the autos we wanted to see, then he and the manager worked with us to find a mutually-agreeable price. We found the dealership to be honest about promises and they bent over backwards to work with us. I was prepared to deal with the stereotypic used car salespeople but found them to be more honest than some new car dealerships. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I loved this car lot! the experience doesn't get any better than this! I worked with Mario Sam and JR. They were the best honest and showed me great respect I couldn't ask for any better service. not pushy at all and respected that I wanted to leave the first day and keep shopping only to return to buy two days later. They just had the best vehicle selection and staff, how could I not return. I will tell all my friends and family about them.
