A low key and enjoyable experience

I reccently bought a very clean used Toyota Tacoma at BMW of Murray. My client advisor, JoAnna Rich was courteous, efficient and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend her to anyone in the market to buy a vehicle. Paperwork was done quickly, the truck was detailed and I was on my way. Yes, buying a vehicle can be a low key and enjoyable experience!

We just bought a BMW and enjoyed a perfect/wonderful experience at BMW of Murray! Before we bought this car, we drove every similar car in the same group/class---for 11+ hours, over two Saturdays. During these demo/test drives we had the pleasure of working with Robin Russell, the most knowledgeable and professional sales person---when compared to any of the other car sales people we met at any of the other dealerships in Salt Lake. If you are looking to buy any kind of cross-over, you must test drive a BMW and ask Robin to show you the kind of techniques that will help you realize exactly why BMW handles and drives far/far better than any other cross-over in its class. Most importantly, Robin is a pleasure to work with and you will appreciate his knowledge and thoroughness. Lastly, when we arrived to pick-up our BMW---Robin had it waiting in a special showroom hidden under a car cover, for the moment of unveiling. I have bought cars my entire life---and have never experienced anything more wonderful than this moment. A great car buying expierence

I recently purchased a used car from BMW of Murray, and worked with Kori. She was very helpful, and was willing to work with me to help me get into the car of my dreams. She was not pushy, and let me take my time on the test drive. Fantastic experience by far my best so far.

DO NOT TRUST THEM - THEY LIE!!! When I picked up my car, I was sold a maintenance agreement with no accounting for the low miles that I drove (5500 miles). When I realized that the agreement would not work for me, I immediately contacted the dealership. I was told my salesman, Parry, that there was no problem in canceling, just let my local dealership no and it could be done right away. When I contacted my local dealership, they said that they would take a financial hit but would do so if it came down to it, because they were very loyal to me. Instead, I went back to Murray, because they received the money and then they changed their tune and said that they would under no circumstances refund my money.

Very good experience

Today I went to BMW dealership in Murray, I had very good experience. Robert W was awesome he is very professional and very knowledgeable about BMW cars; he was very helpful and easy to talk with. He answered all my questions. He gave me the Carfax and the Autocheck for the car that I was checking.

Sold me a new car and it was the worst experience ever. I was not happy after picking up the car. I was back after 6 miles and two hours. I should have been able to drive it before I bought it however I was not allowed. So Im suck with it. THE WORST part was the sells guy was telling other customers that I did not know how to DRIVE the car. I was right behind him as he said it. Good Job IT WAS IN SPORT AND COULD NOT TAKE THE CORNER LIKE ALL THE LAST BMWS I HAVE HAD!!!!

BMW Murray review

I purchased a 550i a couple of months ago from BMW of Murray. I went there from a recommendation from a friend. I had a pretty good Idea of what I wanted which was not in stock. I ordered the vehicle and it took about five weeks. It was delivered as promised when promised. Ryan the salesman took about two hours showing me all the features and controls. I have only been back for operational questions and license plates so can not comment on service department yet. The sales staff is top flight The cars a scream.

Dishonest Dealership

I purchased a 3 series car from this dealership and it was the worst car buying experience of my life. They made a commitment to me about buying my used Mercedes, and then after I signed the papers for the purchase, they wouldn't honor their commitment. They offered me less than they had promised, made me go over to the used car lot, and be bullied by the used car manager who said he had no obligation to even buy the car and I should take what ever he offered. It was infuriating and humiliating. I hate this dealership and would never buy a car from them again. The sales manager and the sales agent both made the agreement with me. When I appealed to the sales manager (Dan) he just shrugged his shoulders. Mind you, all this was over a $500.00 difference in price. I have had other people tell me horror stories about this dealership. I want a new BMW but will have to go out of state to get it. I don't know how this place stays in business.

Went up there if the information of what you should be paying from edmunds.com price paid forum and bimmerfest.com info. They countered my 1k over invoice before ECO credit with just ECO + 750 off of MSRP (a lose of about 5K to me). Can save thousands buying from a neighboring state and driving it home from quotes received by e-mail from others. Decided to not buy a BMW at this time, if buying is this bad service might be worse.
