Big thanks to Muhammad Khan for a smooth buying experience and getting me what I wanted for my trade-in seeing that I'm a pretty tough negotiator. He's even ordering me the gloss TRD to apply to my truck and sending it to the house free of charge. Also wanted to give a big thanks to Fernando for answering a few questions I had and talking about the truck a little bit. Picked up the truck today fully detailed and shiny. Didn't find any major issues when doing the inspection there or at home other than the rear passenger window button on the drivers door won't roll that window down which is minor. Great experience buying from here and very knowledgeable.

We saw a vehicle we liked on the internet Autotrader site at Fred Haas Toyota. We communicated with Mike Hogan the Internet Sales Manager at Fred Haas Toyota. He was VERY helpful and took great care of us!!! The Finance Manager (Roland) that we dealt with was Very helpful as well!!! They both made dealing with the Haas dealership a genuine pleasure!

We recently bought a new Highlander Hybrid from Fred Haas. Kamran in the sales team was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions over a several week period and the service team quickly installed a roof rack we ordered on the car. After a week of driving the car we are very pleased with our purchase.

Today we bought Toyota Tundra. Our sales person Carter Tuma was great, he walked us through with all our question. This dealership is great in disclosure no shady or hidden cost. We are very happy with our purchase and will be revisiting in future. I recommend to go for Carter Tuma he is an awesome sales person he found us the deal we were looking for and kept us informed regularly. I engaged with him over internet sales and our experience was great. In today's market its very hard to find such a place highly recommended

Just had a very pleasant experience purchasing a used vehicle from Fred Haas Toyota. From our contacting them to make sure the vehicle was still available, to the paperwork signing, it was super smooth and pain free (how often can you say that about vehicle purchase?!!). Our salesman was Steve Nance, and I would highly recommend him if you decide to shop there. Super nice guy, very genuine, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I don't leave reviews often, but hope this would help someone else who might have concerns. God bless!
