Oil Change 2 hrs Ouch

Dealership is very clean and all employees were professional. Made appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. The oil change and tire rotation done as expected. My issue is for an appointment made for a simple oil change for it to take over 2 hrs to complete. Dealership made way to many appointments and needs to spread them out. I have never before spent 2 hrs anywhere for an oil change.

My salesperson, Sergio made sure that the advertised price was what I paid...I had to travel 300 miles to pick up the car and then drive back that day...all paperwork was ready when I arrived and I was on the road in less than 30 minutes...great experience

Horrible

They were saving a new Yukon for an out of town customer. The customer did not pre-order this vehicle and did not have a deposit on it. The salesman told me they promised the out of town customer he could drive 2.5 hours to town to see it and could then buy it. I was also told the customer had not secured financing yet, so if he either didn’t like the vehicle or if his financing did not get approved, I could then buy it. So I was asked to be on standby. I asked the salmon to speak to a supervisor to see if they would let me buy it since I w already had approved financing and I was onsite. Once again I was told “no”, because the out of town customer had called and they promised he could come see it and then decide. Due to this experience I will never buy from here. I was even willing to pay the bogus $5000 “market adjustment “ just to get my wife this vehicle.

My sales person was Michael Carroll, he was fast, efficient and got back to me promptly.. I liked the fact that he wasn’t overly aggressive and didn’t try to push me into a sale. Also, he had me fill out all my documents at home online before I arrived making the transaction fast and simple!
