Honda Odyssey buying experience

I recently had the pleasure of working with Victor Vargas at Honda Gillman San Benito to purchase my new car, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect car for my needs and budget. Not only was Victor extremely knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, but he also took the time to really listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He patiently answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. Throughout the entire buying process, Victor was incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive. He made sure that I understood all of my options. I would also like to commend Will Eastep for taking his time to explain every little thing about the car. Just purchased a 2013 Honda Civic

I used the Edmunds online system and Sergio from Gillman contacted me. I did check prices from Austin, San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley and Gillman came in with the best price. The other dealers did a very good job as well but the price was too good to pass up. The buying process went very well. It always takes too long but that is to be expected. Everyone was nice and easy to deal with. I am very pleased with our new Civic and the total purchasing process. Edmunds.com was VERY helpful with this!

Purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord EX Sedan

The sales people, along with the internet sales manager, were all very professional, pleasant and I felt like they were sincerely interested in my automotive and budgetary needs and requirements. The prices that we discussed, both for purchase and trade in, were all in line with the figures and guidelines that Edmunds and Kelley's Blue Book had supplied through my research. I felt quite confident and informed walking into the dealership. I do recommend using Edmunds for your research and comparison shopping before setting foot in a dealership for any test drives. Overall I would say that Gillman Honda San Benito is worth serious consideration when it comes time to buy a new or used vehicle. Good folks that stand behind what they sell. I have done business with them several times over the past 20 years and always had satisfying and positive results and dealings. Thank you all. JA
