Staff service was wonderful to me

I appreciate the staff for working so hard to ensure I was satisfied on my service they excel expectations to make my experience as pleasant as can be. I needed service done on my vehicle and was unfortunately without my car however John, Ridge, and Jamie did their best to their abilities to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. I also want to give a shoutout to Christine and Debra who helped me reach the people I needed to connect with and their customer service. As well as Max and Trevor for getting me where I needed to go their kindness helped brighten up my day.

Car Sales Rogue Sport

Justin Esparza is the best salesman i have ever met he was great in keeping in touch with us by email and i enjoyed his honesty as too when and why we were not ready to buy a vehicle at this time...rest assure we will be going back ,Very Soon and try again. i am spreading the word to my family and friends to go by and see him.

Outstanding customer service from Sylvia E!

I went in to World Car Nissan to purchase a vehicle on July 28th. When I arrive it was very busy and I had to wait a few minutes to be helped. I was lucky because sales rep Sylvia E decided to come in to work early that day. As she walked in she saw me and came to check on me to ensure I was being taken care of. Sylvia went on to provide me with outstanding customer service. She was very friendly and welcoming. She asked me the right questions and really listened to what I wanted. In no time at all Sylvia helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was really pleasantly surprised how smooth the whole process with Sylvia was. She made it a fun experience and really put me at ease. Buying a new car can be stressful but working with Sylvia made the process enjoyable. I also appreciate her calling me to follow up to make sure I was happy with my new Rogue. If you need a new vehicle I highly recommend you give Sylvia at World Car Nissan a visit!

"Awesome Sauce"

I recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Avenger, from World Car Nissan in San Antonio, Tx, when I walked into the establishment I was assisted with Alexis, she was very informative, answered my questions and made sure everything ran smoothly with the transaction. There was a problem with radio, so she set up a rental car for me to use, and literally brought me the car with a full tank of gas and the car was spotless!! Very pleased with her sales techniques and the quality of the car.. Phenomenal job Alexis!!!! Thank you

Excellent sales experience

I purchased a new Nissan Murano at World Car Nissan last Dec. My experience during the sales process was excellent and everyone took the time I needed to understand and negotiate what I felt was the best deal for me. I felt no sales pressure or objections typical of most car dealers. All along the way, Donnelle was the best advocate I could have asked for. He assisted me with my questions, made sure I understood each step of the process and then went over all the details of the car I had purchased. Since my purchase, I have Donnelle's personal cell phone number he gave me and have used it to ask his help on a couple of items. He has been responsive and continued my experience with World Car Nissan way past the point of sale. He is an outstanding sales person and a great guy. Ask for him if you go in there!

Great sales person

We recently made a car purchase here and can't say enough good about our sales person Kassie Donoho. She made our car shopping a pleasure. We had quite a few questions and she was very knowledgeable- what she didn't know she quickly found answers to. We appreciated the fact that she was friendly, helpful and not the least bit pushy as so many sales people are. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking, and we are loving our new vehicle. Pleasant experience

We purchased an '03 Murano in 2010 here & After 4yrs went back, purchased another Murano. something unfortunate happened that was beyond our control, therefore we didn't know what would happen. Leon at World Car stepped up, went above & beyond what a manager would ever do. And for that we will always be grateful. So recently when my aunt said she needed a car, I immediately suggested World Car. We had the opportunity to work with Freddy Bocanegra. Most times the car buying experience can cause anxiety, but his friendly personality made things easier. He was helpful, kind, knowledgeable & very patient. We were impressed with how fast & smooth the car buying process was. Only thing that took long was waiting for financing but it was a Sat. so we expected that. All in all, because of how well everything went we decided to go back yesterday to see if Freddy could get me out of my current SUV. Freddy along with his manager Mr. Alanis were able to get me out of my vehicle (which by the way wasn't a Nissan) into the SUV of my dreams. The size is just right & the color...it's perfect!! We did encounter some issues along the way, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. This is a long review, but I had to let everyone know, this car dealership is the best we've ever dealt with. Not everything will go as planned, mistakes will be made, but when you have people who are willing to come to you & say...I messed up & I'm very sorry, then as a customer you're willing to forgive (at least I was) because that means they will also go above & beyond to try & help with the best possible deal for your situation. And that's what they did. They helped me out of what I thought was an impossible situation. If you're on the fence about trying World Car Nissan, give them a chance. Just make sure you work with Freddy Bocanegra & Mr. Alaniz. Once again thank you guys for making this a pleasant experience. And for helping me to finally get my brand new, shiny, red SUV!!!

First Car

My review for World car Nissan is very positive! Looking for my first car was very stressful. I was in the process of getting a promotion at my job but, for me to do this I needed a car. I looked for about a week calling and searching for a 2014 mustang but was granted with no luck. I was with my friend Matt and we just left Car max very disappointed and he gives me the idea to check out World car Nissan. My first thought was..why would a ford car be at a Nissan place. So we ended up going and I was introduce to a man named Rick. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me around. We ended up looking at a 2014 blue mustang with leather seats and I told him this is the one. For my first time buying a car Rick had to be the perfect person to talk to. He gave me advice about things I didn't know about and was an outstanding salesman. Thank you World car Nissan for giving me the opportunity the other places didn't give, and thank you Rick for giving me the first car experience!! ps I went to World Car Nissan in San Antonio Texas off live Oak

I just purchased a vehicle today! I had the most pleasant experience at World Car Nissan as soon as I walked in. I was met at the door by a young man named Zach. He was very professional and was genuinely interested in what I was looking for. I went in not expecting to purchase anything but as soon as I test drove the Sentra I knew that was the car I wanted. The whole buying experience was awesome. I later found out that this was Zach's first sale. He did a great job so anyone looking to buy go to World Car Nissan and ask for Zach!

My buying experince.

It was smooth and painless. I went to look at a specific used vehicle. There was no pressure. I was assisted by a young woman named Jamie Brown. She was knowledgeable on the facts of the vehicle and when it came to financing and trade in she gave me sound advice. All and all it went fairly quickly through the financing and signing the papers. I will be a return customer when I pay off my Maxima in 36 months. Thank you.

Great experience from Worldcar Nissan... The environment is good for car acquisition or purchase. The sales representative was helpful in trying to address my vehicle needs...Not over bearing to sell me a vehicle. Kudos to Lourdes Ballard... she gets 10 for the entire process. She helped me go through my vehicle needs, and specific vehicle of my preference. Facilitated test drive and review of different available vehicle. She assisted and coordinated with the finance group of the dealership to address what I need. She kept me posted on the different stages of car purchase. It was great to have Lourdes that day. She was very attentive to the customer's needs...

Vehicle damage after being serviced

I've taken my NISSAN pathfinder to get fixed and every time it comes back with some sort of scratch or dent. It has happen twice, the latest one was a deep dent down to the frame dent. I've talked to the serviced manager about and they decided they are not liable. As a concerned customer they should implement a walk around inspection. I'm a retired disabled veteran, served in three wars and always will take of my country. But not in WORLD CAR NISSAN.

Scammed by the service dept. Had print out jof all transactions

Print out of service done is not matching up with credit card purchases including dates. Been scammed out of atleast 1200 dollars I promise u their are hundreds others.

Doesn't deliver on promotions

I went yesterday to look at the new sante fes. I drove from boerne to world car Hyundai because they were offering a 50 dollar gift card just for test driving. When I got there I was told the offer was no longer going on. I still test drove a couple because I am needing a new car. I was thinking maybe I read it wrong. Then I looked at the message I got after signing up for the giftcard. It clearly states the offer expires on the 14th on January. If they go back on their word on something as simple as a 50 dollar gift card promotion that was promised, I would hate to see what doing business with them would be like.
