Awesome! Arrived at the dealership and pulled up behind others that were already there. Service personnel came over and took the vehicle for oil change and tire rotation. Done in less than an hour.

Alexander Mendoza assisted me in purchasing a car since my last one 12 years ago. He was so patient and very knowledgeable with the car I ended up getting. I am completely in love with my 2017 Kia Sportage and the whole experience led by Alex will have me coming back to buy another vehicle from him in the future. Had a great experience here purchasing my first car. I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra and it is wonderful! I walked away with no money down, no credit, no co-signer, and payments just under $400/mo. My salesman, Joseph Lieras, was amazing, He worked very hard to meet my budget and vehicle needs. I live 2 and a half hours away and had no vehicle at the time. He was able to arrange transportation for us to be picked up and brought to the dealership. I work for the State of Texas and put a lot of miles on my car, and being that I work with children my car takes a lot of wear and tear. Joseph was able to point me in the right direction of everything I needed for work and for my personal life. I really love my car and I highly recommend this dealership. Thanks Joseph!

I have nothing but praise for this dealership. The salesman named Joseph was extremely helpful and friendly. He understood our budget concerns and worked hard to get us a great deal on a car that we loved and that met our needs. Overall, we had an amazing experience.

LIES ALL LIES

This review is directed for the finance department not our salesman. I went in with a pre-approval letter. I was told by the salesman and finance that i had to fill out the credit information to have on file. NO that was all done by the company offering the pre-approval. So when i left my credit had been run about 5 times. I wasn't suppose to have to do any of that because I had the pre-approval. These finance guys LIE!!!! They are also suppose to show you your credit score once they run it and have you sign that you saw and got a copy but that didn't happen either!!!

Horrible Service!

I experienced the worst service at this Kia dealership, all I needed was a battery change and all the person sitting at the desk could say was they couldn't do it because it was an hour and a half before they closed! When they had no one to attended to at the time because they had to redirect all their oil changes for the day so no one was in the service center but, yet still refused to get my battery taken care of when I am still covered under warranty! I should not have to go out of my way and spend nearly $200 of my money for something that could have and should have been taken care of that day! Then they wanted to refere me to a different location once I had already gone across town to their location. I would never suggest anyone to this Kia dealership, nor will I be going back.

2009 Dodge Grand Caravan

We recently purchased a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan, the buying process was great, however we were told it was detailed and it was in no way even cleaned. There was dirt and garbage on the floor, dirt on the dash, stains on the carpet and ceiling. We got a great deal, however, we feel they should have made this right and they didn't.
