What an incredible experience. I put in a request to see the 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road and he immediately called me within minutes to tell me about it. He explained the process, told me about what's required and coached me on what to do prior. When I got there all I had to do was sign paperwork. It was detailed, fueled up, ready to rock. This experience was honestly perfect. So so impressed.

We got a great deal on our trade-in and a very fair price. Got us a great deal and gave us quick and accurate answers. We’ve had mixed experiences at car dealerships over the last 20 years and this was honestly one of our best experiences.

I had a great experience overall for the sales to the financing. My lease was coming up on my 2014 Tundra and I was able to get into a new 2017 as a purchase. My credit score was a little low but I got approved with no money down and into a beautiful truck. Thanks guys. Great job.

Paul was there constantly during the process meeting all my needs, answering all my questions. He is a truly outstanding employee and I highly recommend him to any future customers at Red McCombs. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! If you have to deal with a salesperson use Shane Mitchell he is cut and dry does not beat around the bush with a deal it is what it is and they are not going to screw you and that is what I like!! Did my app online after choosing the vehicle I wanted and the following day he had everything ready and I was in and out in less than 2 hours!! the total time i spent in the dealership was less than 3 hours which is great if you have been in other dealerships!! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I will for sure be returning when I decide to upgrade!

I went in just to check out options for a upcoming purchase of a used or new car. I had set needs: My payments needed to be under 300$ a month, I wanted to have a push button start and more room as well as bluetooth. Bob helped me out to get what I was secretly wanting - a Prius. I got a great deal on a low mileage Prius and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The new location close to UTSA is really nice. I wanted to get some accessories like a bumper cover and while I was there I saw they had these key fob covers and the service department guy, Pedro, was just as nice as the salesmen. I like all Red McComb's dealerships because they're friendly and clean!

Joe Ellis really took good care of me. He was professional, courteous, and attentive. I stopped by just to look at new trucks and ended up buying one. Matt in Finance was also great. Super fast service and he's very personable as well. This makes two Tacomas in a row for me from Red. If I buy another one it'll probably come from the same place. MTH

Marcos Galdamez was AMAZING and the best Auto Salesman I have ever worked with! He was knowledgeable, honest, helpful, sincere and had a fun sense of humor. Up until this point I HATED car shopping-Marcos completely changed my mind! He was respectful to both my son and I and really made the process easy peasy and enjoyable from beginning to end. I would recommend Marcos to anyone looking to purchase or lease a car. Over all my Red McCombs experience was A++! PS- I LOVE MY NEW RAV4 XLE. RM-San Antonio

Because of a previous good experience I had with Red McCombs Toyota, I happily returned to Red McCombs for my next car. My sales consultant, Arsalan Doraji, was personable and extremely easy to work with. I have never had a sales experience both easy and pleasurable before this purchase. Arsalan Doraji is definitely a good asset and deserves a recommendation.

My experience was a great one our salesmen Arsalan Doraji was really nice and listen to what I wanted and my budget he got me everything I asked for I couldn't be more happy I highly recommend Arsalan Doraji I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed with Arsalon this was my first time buying from Red McCombs Toyota and it will not be my last as long as Arsalan is working there we will definitely be back a second time.

Jesse was terrific, he made us feel like best friends. This is the first time since we bought our first vehicle in VA in 1976 that the process was scary easy thanks to Jesse! Jesse not once put any pressure on us, was quick to respond to questions via text and/or email and just a genuinly nice man.

My dad and I went to Red McCombs Toyota just to look around and get an idea of the kind of car I might like. I really didn't think I was going to be purchasing my first vehicle there because I am a first time buyer and I don't have a sufficient amount of credit established. We parked the car by the building entrance and there to greet us once we got down was the salesman, Brian Harbison. Brian Harbison of course started to probe and discovered the type of vehicle I wanted. Usually (especially when you're only 21 and this is your first vehicle) the type of vehicle you want has to be put aside so that the type of vehicle you can afford may be discovered. Ideally I sought to have an SUV type vehicle like a RAV4 or an Acadia. Once he matched my wants to about 4 vehicles on the lot we test drove them all. While driving them I let him know I of course loved everything about the cars, but they all just seemed too good to be true. Dealing with a salesman, I expected that I was going to be misunderstood and taken advantage of; Brian did the complete opposite. He took his time with me (from 3 PM-9 PM) and was very patient while I made my decisions. He matched me to the perfect vehicle; A 2014 Toyota Corolla. Which I really didn't think I was going to, but I love it! It has everything I wanted and best of all I can afford it. Thank you Brian Harbison @ Red McCombs Toyota!
