Our salesman, Joe Dadez, provided exceptional guidance in the purchase of two cars. His approach was to listen, an unusual skill in car salespeople. He definitely sold me on the safety features of the Subaru. Since my purchase, my appreciation for those features has grown. What brought us back for the second purchase was that Joe continues to provide service after the sale, in helping to coordinate my service visits and checking in on us from time to time to make sure we are satisfied, giving additional Subaru owner tips with each contact.

My first car was a 1995 WRX that I drove in the UK. I loved its reliability and the quality performance it sustained throughout the years. We recently needed a car and our sales rep. My sales rep, Mr. Silva was helpful. He show me the different ways how to use the controls. It was an information overload, but reading the manuals was helpful. I still need to get with Trey about some questions I have. I would surely recommend North Park Subaru and Mr. Silva. Thanks Paul

I truly enjoyed work with Allen when purchasing my Subaru Crosstrek. He works diligently to answer all your questions. He contacts you later to make sure you don't have any other questions or concerns. He takes the stress out of a stressful situation. I definitely urge anyone looking for a next car to go see Allen!

Subaru Outback

Very Friendly. A good experience as far as buying a car goes. They did "low ball" me on my trade, but we worked it out. My friends in Florida purchased a BMW X3 at the same time that I purchased my Outback, but the Outback Touring as most if not all of the same features at a lower price.

I purchased my previous Subaru Outback from another dealer and was dissatisfied with their service. I used north park instead and the service was phenomenal. I purchased my 2019 from Northpark and the sales department was as good as the service department. They are an exceptional dealership.

Thank you North Park Subaru! They got me out of my old ride and into this awesome 2018 Forester. Keith was wonderful and listened to exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and did not try to get me looking at something I was not interested in. I felt no pressure and was able to get a feel of the ride when test driving. He was to the point and honest with me and I am so happy with how smoothly everything went. Even their service team has been so pleasant with getting certain things together for my Forester. I love my new Subaru and I recommend all my friends and family to go to them when looking to buy a vehicle.

This was probably the best car buying experience i have had. We previously only bought Honda so Subaru was new to us. Derek was great to work with and was the only salesman to provide exactly the imformation i requested. In the end they had the best price so that made the decsion to buy here so easy. I highly recommend NPS.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. My wife and I are on a tight budget and car shopping on a tight budget is very difficult. We were not the easiest of customers, but Mr. Derek S. at NP Subaru endured with us and really helped us. We are thankful for his follow-ups, his openness and courtesy. I've never purchased a car at a dealership before so I didn't really know what I was doing. I've heard stories of how dealers can be talked down, can't be talked down and how they'll cheat you. With Derek we never felt we were being cheated and he was willing to work with us and our budget. When we walked out the second time he eventually called us as a courtesy before a vehicle we were looking at was sold. He was going to give us the option to buy the vehicle before somebody else did. We were thankful he called us, but by the time I decided to move forward (half a day) the vehicle had sold. So after a few weeks we called Derek on the very first vehicle we looked at and asked if he would come down yet a little more; he was given the approval to come below $10,000.00 and we were in business. The next day we made things final and we were owners of a quality used vehicle. We purchased the vehicle "as is" no warranty. That night the check engine light came on and the next day I called Derek about it. He told me to go to their service department at NP Lincoln for a courtesy diagnostic check. When I arrived they knew who I was and what I had reported to Derek. They treated me like royalty. Turns out the ignition coil and something else was wrong. Knowing I purchased the vehicle "as is" I was expecting to pay a couple hundred dollars to get it fixed. The manager at NP Lincoln said not to worry; Derek had taken care of it. They did not have to work on my vehicle for free, but they did! I was very impressed with the sales and service department and will recommend NP Subaru/NP Lincoln to anyone who asks. Love My 3rd and 4th Subaru

I have sadly waited way too long to buy a Subaru. I have bought over 4 cars from Red McCombs Ford/Hyundai and 3 cars from Ancira Nissan and have yet to have as positive an experience as I had at North Park Subaru Sales. A young motivated and kind gentleman named Darryl approached us within 5 minutes of our arrival and simply offered to help us with whatever we needed. We took a couple of test drives for used and Certified vehicles. During the entire process, we never felt pushed, obligated, nor strong-armed into anything. Our shopping experience was fast, certain, and professional. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Subaru Impreza in December and a Subaru WRX in January of 2016. He helped us with both cars and followed up after the process to ensure all things were handled. He was very mindful of budget, function, and likes/dislikes. All gaps were bridged by this amazing young salesman who still understands that car dealerships are not the most fun places to visit. He certainly has the potential to serve clients of all ages and demographics and will certainly be our go-to guy for all of our purchases. Phil in finance, was just as amazing and helped us get the best deal and rate. Give them a try and let them help you buy and drive a car that will last longer than it will for you to pay it off.
