We recently bought our Lexus NX 350 F Sport Handling AWD from North Park Lexus and must say it was the best experience we’ve ever had at any car dealership! Nikki Sample, our Master Sales Consultant, was impressive! I had an opportunity to meet Nikki about 5 months earlier, when I was “just looking”. I decided to reach back out to Nikki to inquire about a couple of Lexus NX 350 F Sports on their website. She responded rather quickly to let me know that they were available and provided me with the information I needed. I was amazed that she had kept my contact information as well as providing me the needed information about the vehicles so transparently. I let her know that we were on our way to the dealership that same day. When my family and I arrived at the North Park Lexus dealership, we were greeted by the concierges with such friendly smiles and the most courteous service! Nikki took her time in answering all of our questions, not once pressuring us, and got us quickly to Taylor. Taylor, Finance & Insurance Manager, was absolutely a joy and helped make the finance process with our bank seamless. Austin, Lexus Technology Specialist, was so nice from the beginning! He was so helpful and really well knowledgeable of the vehicle. Nikki, Taylor, and Austin made this the most stress-free car-buying experience that we’ve had since looking to buy a new car. Each of them were genuinely happy for us! Throughout the process everyone at North Park Lexus that we interacted with made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. It was such an amazing experience! We will definitely go back to North Park Lexus because of their exceptional customer service!

Our salesman provided needed information about the cars we were interested in without any pressure to buy. The first car we tried was very uncomfortable for my chronic back pain. He suggested another model and found one quickly. It worked well with my back and also our budget.

Best Car Purchase Experience

My daughter and I had a wonderful car purchase experience at NorthPark Lexus. Brittany went above and beyond the call of duty to find us a car that fit my daughters must have requirements and her budget. We quickly got to the Out the Door Price and had a quick and painless experience through the finance dept as well. We were more than surprised to get a slightly better loan rates from Lexus Financial services than we did from our Credit Union. So another win for this team here too! The whole first visit to driving out with the car was also very quick -- this is how car buying should be. We recommend Brittany and NorthPark, and will look for the opportunity to do business with them again.

Overall great experience! Customer service was excellent. Sales associate was very helpful and patient with us/me. I was not very certain on what I wanted to purchase. The facility is beautiful and they have a fleet of vehicles on site.

Patient but persistent

North Park is an excellent dealership and our salesperson, Mr. Stanley, was terrific. He understood we had narrow parameters for a new or used vehicle and there was no rush (we were replacing an unfortunate total loss for an older Lexus). He worked with us and checked in over the course of 6-8 weeks until we found something and were ready to purchase. The process was smooth and relatively quick. Mr. Stanley took extra time to explain all the technical features of the car and make sure we were comfortable.

This is the 3rd Lexus vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership and my experience has been excellent each time. I’ve dealt with the same salesperson and it has always been a pleasure dealing with her. She is very “soft” sell. Delivery and subsequent service has always been excellent. I live 40 miles away and for service they will pickup my car at my home, leave me a loaner, take my car to be serviced and then return it to me.

Another amazing sales experience. North Park Lexus exceeded our expectations once again as this is our second vehicle purchased at North Park Lexus. From picking a vehicle, to taking the test drive, appraising our trade and negotiating the final sale. Our salesman Alex Cortez, Sales Manager Taylor Atkins, our Finance Manager Andrew McIver and all the staff at North Park Lexus make buying a car extremely easy and do it with zero pressure. North Park Lexus was such a great experience from start to end. My sales consultant, Gregory Rietz was there explaining processing, finding the perfect car and getting to us earlier than expected. He explained all of the technical aspects of the car making sure my wife and I understood everything we needed to know before driving our car out of the showroom. He followed up the next day and a week later to make sure that everything was working perfectly. North Park Lexus and Gregory have been a pleasure to work with

I have now bought 2 used vehicles from North Park Lexus and it was the easiest car transaction I have ever been through. My sales person was John Maldonado and he was amazing. They are respectful, honest and really fair with their pricing and never make you feel like you have to buy something. You don't get the bait and switch and financing team was amazing as well. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Very difficult to find the exact Lexus we wanted. Nothing available in my local market. We reached out to Nikki at North Park Lexus and she worked the system and found us exactly what we wanted although it was going to take couple weeks to get it shipped in from manufacturing. She locked in our rate, reserved the vehicle and kept us updated throughout the transit. When some "legal" verbiage on the Lexus finance website stated I'd get a $500 military discount she corrected that and plugged in the correct $1,000 military rebate. Once the car arrived she quickly had it prepped, detailed and programmed. When the biometrics wasn't loading properly after we took the vehicle home she actually sent a rep (Elvis) to our house 120 miles away to finish the programming in person! Elvis also took the time to answer all my wife's questions. That's service!
