Xl Maverick!!

This was my first time at a Ford dealership. The entire process was facilitated very well by the entire staff. My two primary contacts were Angel Campos who was extremely courteous and made sure I was in the right vehicle. Mr. Marwan Nsaif was very knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles on my truck. If you want to get a good vehicle without the hassle, I recommend this dealership.

Quality Sales and Service

I’ve made 5 purchases with this dealership. I've got to meet a lot of the staff from different sales, managers, financial sales and service department. Each person brings.a unique vision and background of the workings of the dealership. What’s one thing you can measure a business is how long have employees stayed on with the company. Many employees been with the company for years. I don't know how any dealership in San Antonio keeps a salesman for more than a year after one hot summer. But really, you shop at McCombs Ford West, you have a good shot at meeting a friendly staff member, if you’re not comfortable with the person you meet, just as to talk to someone else. I never left a sale or delivery not satisfied with the service or value of purchase. If I had any ill feelings the sales manager took the time and explained all charges and bottom line price.

Extremely Poor Managment

I took my Ford Maverick for a recall on Friday 06/30. It was schedule about a month in advance and they told me it it would take a couple of days to complete. On Wednesday, I ask for a status and they told me that it would take until Friday 07/04 because they had other customer before me. If is schedule a month in advance, why have other vehicles ahead of mine. This shows poor scheduling, poor management and unacceptable subpar customer service. I decided to take my truck back if it could be done by next day (Thursday) and they couldn’t do it. I picked it up that same Wednesday without getting the recall done.

Headache

Rochelle was able find the electrical problem and get fixed. She has always taken good care of the wife and I. Always keeping us in the loop while our cars and trucks are in your service dept. We bring her all of our car/trucks to work on and she never disappoints.

Service

I was visiting friends in San Antonio. My truck had a warning with the ABS system. I was the first in line hoping to take care of the problem. It was a busy Tuesday morning the shop was full but since I had 6 hrs to drive back home David Pagel and his team made anything and everything possible for my truck to dive safe. I was able to go home with 3 hrs. Their experience and knowledge found the problem and fix it. Thanks

Meh

You really want me to leave a review??? Two hour wait for service and not all bays were filled. Service was okay - the tech and office crew were polite. My dash settings and seat were changed, but at least the radio station was untouched. However, the Quick Lane men’s restroom was Los Banos de Diablo. Door wouldn’t lock, for starters. I won’t describe what was all over the toilet area and wall area, but I had to use a pint of hand sanitizer, burn my shoes and clothes, and scrub myself down with several Brillo pads after I got home. Even several Modelos couldn’t get the images out of my mind. At least the main Service Dept restroom was cleaner.

I received a notice that my vehicle had a recall. It was a seamless process from scheduling the appointment to the recall issue being addressed and resolved. Friendly and professional, respectful of my time. I was in and out in under an hour. David P was the service advisor on my vehicle, whom I highly recommend. Excellent customer service was provided.

Much quicker than I thought

This was a return visit. The first service guy was not good but Michale was very kind and took care of getting my car done much quicker than I was told it would be by the other guy. I was planing on having to camp all day in the waiting room but was home by lunch. Thank you.

The only “dislike” is that once my truck 2021 Bronco, was brought back to me after an oil change , tire rotation etc etc . The person that brought my car just seat down with out putting any clear plastic on seat or stirring wheel & my car smell like mechanic shop .

Not a great first impression

After a month of having to wait for my vehicle to be seen. I arrive 15 mins ahead of my appointment only to NOT be greeted openly. I was treated like I was bothering someone. Then after explaining to my service advisor what I was there for, I was told that it would probably be at least a 4 month wait and that I should not expect a promising outcome. I became tired of his negativity and asked for a manager. He proceeded to make me wait over 30 mins in lobby causing me to go to another employee to get me a manager. For this being my first time there but was not a great impression. FYI, my main issue was taken care of in a week. Feedback for this individual is be more positive and welcoming. And protect your brand. Also, not happy that I will have to take car back at later date to complete other work that was not worked on
