Late-blooming Lemon

I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Gunn Nissan. I bought a Certified Used 2012 Rogue. I had to have mechanical work on it 4 times in the first 2 months. I moved out of state and they still didn't have all of the problems fixed. The salesman I worked with, Marcos Tijerina, neglected to help me with the car issues and my plates. I had to email him repeatedly and communicate explicitly just to get the most basic assistance. John, the service manager, lied to my face multiple times about my issue being fixed. Dennis, in Customer Retention, thought that a keychain and $15 in gift cards would fix everything. This is a very large purchase for most people. Gift cards and keychain are not sufficient for me to recommend conducting business with people I found to be less than honorable.

Went to GUNN Nissan after finding a vehicle we wanted online, met Alejandro ( Our Awesome Sales guy) who worked really hard along with other members of the GUNN team to get us into the vehicle we wanted! It was pretty simple...no pressure...and at no point did we feel like they were trying to push anything on us. Thank you to all!!!

Our sales Rep, Frank Wallace, was really good. Through conversation, he asked us what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend, then showed us cars that matched our desires. Some car salesmen try to get you to spend more than you want, or use tricks (like a lower price but low ball your trade-in). Frank did not do any of that. He was open and honest, and got us the car we wanted. We highly recommend Gunn Nissan.

Unproffesional Sales Manager!!!

Found the sales manager, Phil Kandera, to be lazy, rude, irresponsible and unprofessional. He has no business being a manager. No people skills whatsoever. If that's the service they provide when trying to buy a car, imagine when you need to service your car! Wouldn't buy there, if they paid me to.
