First of all I want to thank Cameron Galasso for the outstanding experience Betsy and I had in purchasing our new MDX. He was very knowledgeable about all the features and was very patient explaining them to us. During the process which can be a fairly long he kept us informed and made sure we were comfortable. Gunn Acura couldn’t ask for a better representative for their dealership. I also appreciated their pricing policy so much better that having the feeling that you are in for a battle with the sales rep and the manager that you have at so many other dealers. Gunn Acura has definitely earned our future business. I also will tell friends and family they really should visit Gunn Acura for their next car purchase. And of course ask for Cameron.

Each segment of the process of routine maintenance was super easy. From the initial call from which the service code appearing on the dashboard was explained to the actual setting up of the appointment with the service advisor, Carla, it was handled efficiently and with professionalism. The service was finished in the time estimated. Everything went well. Employees were very friendly. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The service staff must be good people or at least trained well to listen and make customers happy. Sometimes cost seems higher tan I might get elsewhere, but the waiting area is comfortable, has beverages and snacks, and TV and newspapers--even a shuttle to a nearby restaurant.

My 2012 Acura needed some maintenance and my service representative met me on the service lane to get my information as soon as I arrived! That service and texting me also letting me know the status and suggestions on service issues and needing attention.

Organized and Professional

Organized and professional staff. They kept us informed about the status of the service and the car was ready when promised. On the downside, there were not any loaner cars available for my service visit. I was informed that there were only ten loaners in the fleet that was once seventy vehicles. This is very disappointing, because I expect a loaner car with any premium make. I always got a loaner car with my Mercedes, Infiniti, and Lincoln vehicles. It is over an hour drive to this dealership and I have to get someone to pick me up. Unless the loaner car situation improves, this will be the last car purchased from this dealership. That is unfortunate because I enjoy driving my MDX.

Great buying experience, thanks to Peter for putting up with my endless texts . Paul went above and beyond, up front and honest sales representative. In the end I drove off the lot with a new Acura Integra with payments of $ 6.00 more then than my trade. Pretty deal !
