The overall customer service that I received from my salesman, Victor Garcia was amazing. Victor patiently took me through the whole buying process and extended his courtesy with a follow-up call. Victor is no doubt a top salesman for the BMW organization I have purchased several cars, but Victor's knowledge about BMW was commendable I would recommend Mr. Garcia as a Salesman to anyone interested in buying a new BMW. Top rated salesman and customer service.

My 5 star rating is based on the exceptional service provided by Anisia. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Anisia listened to exactly what I wanted, worked around my schedule, and made the process as painless as possible. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the entire experience. Based upon the incredible experience Anisia provided, I will definitely be a long time customer of BMW of San Antonio. I will also be referring my friends and family to BMW of San Antonio because I am confident they will be blown away with the attention to detail and service that Anisia provides.

I just bought my CPO 2011 328i from BMW of SA last night. What a great experience! I drove in from Austin to test drive a car I found online. That car did not work out, but they had a similar model on site and after a quick drive, I was hooked. The price was excellent and they worked with me on my trade-in. Very fair dealings and no hassle/pressure. Jeff Cartwright was a true professional. No pressure, took his time on the test drive and with all of my questions and in the end helped to facilitate the deal rather than work against me. I can't think of the last time a deal went so smoothly and this from a single mom of two walking into a luxury car dealership with a Ford Focus for trade. (YIKES!) The finance manager, Craig McCully, was awesome as well. Had all the ducks in a row and a few signatures later, I was on my way. I highly recommend BMW of SA!!!!

A Great Experience

Today I purchased BMW number 9. I live in San Antonio, Texas. All previous 8 BMW's were purchased out of town; whether it be somewhere else in Texas or another state. San Antonio does have a local BMW dealership; BMW of San Antonio. Obviously there were reasons why my previous 8 BMW's were purchased elsewhere. However, over the past few weeks, I gave BMW of San Antonio another opportunity. I was pleasantly surprised at the welcome I received. They didn't ask for my ID or proof of insurance. I got to drive what I wanted to look at with no pressure. I went back numerous times over the past few weeks to drive again. No pressure. Needless to say, I am pleased to say that finally, I was able to purchase a BMW at the local dealer and it was probably the easiest purchase I've made. I know BMW of San Antonio has had a rotten reputation and they'll admit they deserved it. But, boy things have changed. If any of you are from San Antonio and have avoided the dealership, I'm the perfect example of giving them another opportunity.

Outstanding sales and service experience

This dealership has made remarkable progress (especially in the last year or so)in overcoming some serious customer satisfaction issues. My experience with the sales process for my '13 335i was without a hitch. I found the price to be easy to negotiate, fair trade value and a level of integrity I've come to expect in all business dealings. The staff was courteous and responsive to my vehicle needs. The sales staff was youthful and excited to represent the Brand. Reminds me of my visits to Apple stores. Management was proactively involved in making me feel welcome and at ease. I have had one scheduled service visit and that too was a nice experience. No high pressure sales tactics in either departmen, and no charge maintenance is a huge plus. I will refer my friends and family to this store without reservation. Nice job!

definately had a positive experience from this dealer. Most dealers are a nightmare, and buying a car is usually one of the hardest things you can buy with the haggling, the waiting, the pressure etc.. we have all been there. anyways bmw of san antonio was totally opposite of that. We went in, saw the vehicle we wanted, got a good price on it and drove away in a couple hours. what took the longest was waiting to go into the finance office to sign the paper work, only because i think they had only one person working that office that day. again totally great overall experience only negative i could say is well the place needs some serious updating. looks a bit run down, especially the restrooms. geez where am i a KIA dealership! but ill keep the run down place if it means keeping the excellent sales service.

I had been told in the past about this dealership, but now I understand why the dealership won for the first time the prestigious Center of Excellence award only awarded to BMW's top 20 dealers in the US. I purchased a new 2010 BMW X6 last December from BMW of San Antonio's website and had an excellent internet purchase experience and have been back for routine experience twice (receiving use of a free BMW loaner and free maintenance) with excellent customer service! Besides the amazing X6 performance, BMW of San Antonio sells itself!
