This dealership was top notch! Mr. Renee Rodriquez went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on the 2012 Chrysler 200 the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. A week later I return to the dealership due to a problem I was having with the car and Mr. Rodriquez was very helpful and responsive to assist me with my concern. My vehicle was service and fix free of charge. I felt like family by the end of the whole process. I would recommend Auto Group of SA LTD (Renee in particular) to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle.

My experience at Auto Group of San Antonio was great! Dana, went above & beyond to make sure I was getting everything I needed to help make the buying process run smooth. When I explained what kind of I car I was interested in & what my budget was he never pressured me into anything else, but what my needs were. I'm very thankful for that. Will definitely be recommending Dana & Auto Group of San Antonio to friends & family! I'm SUPER IN LOVE WITH MY AUDI Q5!!!

New Car

I currently live in Dallas and I have been shopping around online and at other dealerships for a new car. I was told by a family member to search a vehicle at Auto Group. Rene at Auto Group was a huge help on assisting me getting my new vehicle while I was in Dallas. Rene made the transaction easy for me and he answered all my questions. I will go back to Auto Group and have Rene be my salesman. Thanks Rene!

My New Jeep

I saw an amazing Jeep online that I probably could not afford. On a whim I contacted the Auto Group to see if it was available. I was put in touch with Dana Napier. Dana was easy to talk to and took the time to learn about me and find out what I was looking for. After several conversations I told Mr. Napier what I thought was a fair price for the jeep. The next morning Dana advised the Auto Group had not only accepted my offer but beat it. I drove to San Antonio and was never disappointed. The Jeep was amazing and I was able to drive home in my dream vehicle. I found the Auto Group of San Antonio an exceptional place. My wife and I were welcomed with open arms and the dealership was classy and comfortable. I was never pressured. Not only did I get my Jeep but I made a friend. Not something I expected. Good car- good deal

Dana was very patient and the financing director worked very hard to find a financing option that was acceptable for our situation. The dealership made sure everything on the car was working and any issues were fixed for us. Overall good deal for a good car. I wanted it for free and they wanted me to pay a bit more than I had and we met in the middle. A little slower than I'd have liked but all went well.

I had a great experience with this purchase. Mainly thanks to Joe Barry. This guy was very honest and easy to talk to. He was never pushy or anything like that. As it is, it's always a big and tough decision to make when purchasing a vehicle, and Joe made us feel very confortable throughout the entire process. He was also very willing to meet our needs throughout the negotiation process, allowing us to walk out the door with the keys in hand and a big smile on our face. It's nice to know you've not only been taken care of, but that you also got a good deal, which allows for any sort of doubt or regret to completely disappear. Truthfully, the entire staff there were very kind and welcoming. We definitely look forward to purchasing from here again, should the occasion arise.
