Continues to harass me via email. I have asked him to stop but he will not!!! I’m sure April or Me Ancira would not want potential UAT era to be harassed.

We drove from our home on the North East side to give Ancira Winton Chevrolet a chance to sell us a new car... albeit at the recommendation of "The Car Pro" Jerry Reynolds. I have to say we were not disappointed... I printed out a VIP certificate from Jerry's website took it with me to the dealership & was treated extra special by Joe Lopez the New Car Sales Manager who then turned us over to salesman Armando Evangelista. Needless to say Armando was great at his work... he stuck with us the entire time & always did his best to make sure we got a great price & the best financing possible. We drove away the same day within a few hours in a new 2012 Chevrolet Cruze ECO. The car speaks for itself because it is fantastic to drive & easy on the eyes, but we sure are glad we drove the extra miles to Ancira Winton Chevrolet. We look forward to our new car & possibly others from this dealership in years to come. Thanks!

Was very impressed with the value of customer service. Would recommend Ancira to anyone, really feel that they we're working for my business completely happy with both my purchases. Look for auto salesman Justin Marvins, definitely will go the extra mile to make sure your happy with your purchase.

I reviewed the suv's I was interested in on Edmunds.com before going to the dealerships. One dealership wasn't even interested in following-up with me, one didn't even take my name he was so confident I would come back then didn't answer my emails until it was too late, and one made me feel like I inconvenienced them because I was sick and couldn't get out, but Ancira, Marissa, and Val were just right. Marissa answered my emails and phone questions then Val showed me the suvs. The best part was that Ancira had several to choose from at the advertised price. This was important as I had 4 or 5 colors choices which was the only hard part of the whole process. One dealership had a great price but only 1 car. The others were 4,000 over that price. The only negative was we were there several hours but it was very hectic and busy that day so I don't know if this could have been helped other than more than one finance person available.

Alex Velez helped me get back into a Chevy Equinox. Alex was outstanding in his service and obtaining financing through a local bank, plus the new construction discount. I am exceedingly happy with my new 2012 Chevy Equinox and with the service I received from Alex (Salesman) and Sue (Biker Chick Finance Manager). If you are looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Ancira Chevy off Bandera Road, and ask for Alex Velez. May GOD Bless all the people and their families that work at this dealership.

My family and I went in to see one vehicle in particular and ended up buying a 2006 Jeep Liberty Limited Edition. Our sales guy was Joe Torres. He listened to us and helped us with what we were looking for in our price range. He made buying a vehicle very pleasant not like other places we went to before Ancira. If anyone is looking for a new/used vehicle, do not hesitate to ask for Joe. He was AWESOME!!! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. i finally got tired of my used honda and desided I needed/wanted a new car. Fernando Espinosa bought my honda for more than what it was worth. He also sold me a brand new car almost 3k less than the MSRP. Great service I would recommend this car dealership to any and everyone

My old car need replacing, 196000 miles and leaking fluids. I saw Ancira's add in paper for car with good gas mileage, and great price (after checking on line with other dealers). I went on a Sunday morning and was greeted by Rudy Martinez, very professional and knowledgeable. We found what I was looking for, took a test ride, was given much more than expected on trade, trough finance, and out the door (with new car) in less than 3 hrs. Great job with everyone involved - manager, Rudy, finance, and even the service folks for getting car ready so quickly - Thank you Ancira for a pleasant car buying experience! Very rare!!

Outstanding Customer Service

Marissa was my internet contact and when I got to the dealership she explained that Alex Velez would be helping me the rest of the way, Alex was outstanding in his service and I ended up letting Ancira finance my loan because they gave me a much better deal, they even came in at a lower price than another dealer I dealt with the day before, I am super Happy with my purchase of the 2011 Chevy Cruze LTZ and with the service I received from Marissa, Alex and Steve, if your looking for a car I highly recommend Ancira :)

I just purchased a used Chevy Aveo from them and even with little/no credit got me a loan Selfir Selmovic was my salesman, he was patient and worked hard to get me a loan without a co-signer and found one and a good interest rate for my situation (I was very pleasantly surprised). The car seems to be nice and it pretty loaded. I did stop by the service center today to ask questions about certain gadgets and how they work, I did read the manual John was very helpful and gave me the info I needed.
