onI will not be coming back here. The showman didn't know their vehicles and treated me rather forcefully to make their sale, and the boss didn't do much to make Ancira Jeep a nice environment. It was as though they would rather anyone exclusively check options online and seek them only to blindly make a purchase. I believe I would have returned if given amiable options. I have yet to see Ancira service, but the situation left me feeling embarrassed, belittled, and harassed.

onThe customer service presented to me by Nathan Bates, Paul Zini (sales representatives), and Leo Rodriguez (in finance) was excellent. Everything was well prepared and taken care of in a professional and trusting manner. They made sure I understood all criteria and made me feel comfortable with my new purchase. The internet process handled by Mark Almazan was efficient, reliable, and secure. Overall, I am very pleased with Ancira and recommend asking for these professional individuals and guarantee you will have the best experience on your new car purchase.

Not very knowledge

onNot one of the sales personnel could answer the question of how to install a child safety seat. They suggested I refer to the owners manual. Wait!!! I did not get one. The only manuals I got were the user information, which tells you to refer to the owners manual, and the DVD. Again it refers you to the owners manual. I asked several times for the manual and no one knew what I was talking about. We also told our sales person that we were in a rush once the paperwork was signed. It took almost 5 hours. Even though it we were "assured" several times that it would only be "10 more minutes". I would not recommend this company to any of my family or friends.

very depressing

onI have read edmunds.com tips on buying vehicles and know to be assertive, however this dealership straightout made me feel depressed. They sent me out to look for a vehicle I make like, then started by asking me how much I was willing to pay for a vehicle and laughed at my monthly payment goal. Instead of offering me a similar vehicle that may meet my payment goal they simply stated they were not going to be able to meat my price and then appraised my vehicle extremely low and would not give any incentives on their vehicle. Did not help me out at all. Ended up with crazy numbers like 675/month x 72 months on a vehicle with msrp of 36,000. Very dissappointing service, and not willing to work with clients.

My great experience at Ancira

onI bought a 2005 Chrysler Crossfire at Ancira,and was completely satisfied. A week later I notice while I was washing the car that there was a piece missing from the grill.I replaced it my self,and asked for reimbursement,and was given it with out questions.I don't know about you, but that was excellent customer care. Go buy from Ancira.
