I am enjoying my new corolla 2014

I would like to tell you about how was the process to buy my new vehicle. Toyota and Honda are my favorite brands because of their reliability. After Corolla 2014 broght out to the market I decided it was the right car for me. I am in love with the red barcelona corolla 2014, and its white interior. Moreover I wanted to customized with leather seats. After to look in several dealers thought internet, George L., from Toyota of Rockwall, he contacted me, and he helped me to find the car which I was looking for. The best part was the price, he gave me the best price among other dealers. I had to travel to Dallas to get my new car and Byron P. was the person who helped me to finish the process. They provided me a courtesy car during the time they took to finish to custumized my vehicle. I think it was the best deal I have done before. I really enjoy the way how they treated me. I recommend this dealer.They help you to get wht you really want.

The Best Dealership I've Been to so far

I recently purchased my Camry from Jason K. at Toyota of Rockwall. It was a great experience and completely exceeded my expectations. He gave me all of the info I needed before I arrived, gave me a great price, and had my vehicle ready to go when I got there. The price never went up and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. It was a great contrast to what I've experienced at some dealerships in the past. The building was new and the place was very clean. Everybody was very friendly the business. People were polite and helpful, they helped me get a cup of coffee and make hot chocolate for my kids. There's a nice play area and a big screen TV in the waiting area and they gave my son the remote so he could watch what he wanted and stay entertained while we signed paperwork. That process was very easy too. No hard selling or pushiness when we had to do paperwork. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Jason K. to anyone who wants to purchase a car. I plan to come back to these guys in the future. Everyone who worked there seemed happy to be there and happy to help the customer. It was definitely customer service oriented. If you want your next car purchase to be a great one, go to Toyota of Rockwall.

I could not have a better experience buying my new car. But buying a certified used car was a joke. With a 805 credit rating and buying a new car from them a year ago, they added more to the price than shown on the internet and played the monthly pmt game.

Great Customer Service

I live in Dallas and bought a car in Rockwall because a friend of mine had told me what a great experience she had here. It only took me 20 minutes to drive from North Dallas, and it was well worth the drive. My salesperson Andy was great. He listened to what I wanted in a car, and didn't try to sell me something that didn't interest me. I felt very comfortable and could tell he wanted to help me out. He helped me buy the car that I wanted at a great price to get the payment to where I needed it to be. The finance manager Jake was extremely nice too. I didn't experience the typical pushy sales process that people think of when going to car dealerships. Everyone listened to me and what I wanted and could afford and they helped me to buy a car that was under the budget I had set forth. That shows me they truly care about the customer and not just the bottom line. Great customer service and a very nice, green facility. That's enough for me in itself. Even the receptionist is extremely friendly at the front desk. I love this dealership and will recommend it to everyone.

They offered me $6000 less for my trade-in than it was worth. Then the salesman tried the "monthly payment" gag with me. He filled out my credit app without telling me what he was doing. I had to tell him 3 times not to run my credit until we agreed on a price. The manager bragged about being a "Family Business" right up to the point that they tried to [violative content deleted] on price. This is a horrible group of people. [violative content deleted]!

I purchased a 2008 Sequoia from Toyota of Rockwall. I must say, it is one of the nicest dealerships I've ever stepped into. The people in there were extremely helpful and made the experience a good one. Dale was our sales associate and he really made it easy by doing all the leg work for us before we even got there. He had the car we wanted to look at, pulled around for us to drive. After we went over the vehicle and decide this was the car for us, he took us and introduced us to the finance person who would be handling the paperwork for us. She was very nice and realized that with 2 small children we wanted to get finished as quickly as possible. After everything was done, the vehicle was detailed, and we were on our way. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Toyota.
