Be wary of dealerships that itemize the reconditioning fee for used cars. They are notorious for leaving the fee out to get customers on their lots when they see such low prices online. The fee at this dealership is over 1k and reconditioning mainly consists of just washing the car, changing the oil, etc. which is just the cost of doing business. Instead of eating that cost as they should they pass it on to ignorant consumers that have no knowledge of car buying. Also, the "doc fee" in Texas is an unregulated fee that can be any amount. It is also another way dealerships pass the buck onto their consumers. I wouldn't buy a car from here even if they were giving it to me for "free" because somewhere in the contract you would have sold your soul without knowing it. Buy from a more reputable dealer!

Purchase experience was great...prior to and up to final sale. I felt I was treated fairly on my trade & they honored the financial aspects we worked out prior to my arrival. I purchased a used Ram pickup for 35k (drove 250 miles for it). I was assured the vehicle underwent a very 'extensive inspections that meet the highest standards'. The check engine light came on within a couple of days. I called back, and salesperson said to call back once vehicle was diagnosed and they would 'of course make it right'. The inspection revealed the ECM was 'scrambled' so no prior history could be read. But the issue causing engine light could be in thousands to resolve. It was also found that brakes were original and worn out (90k miles on truck). My shop contends the issues would have been caught with the most basic and conscientious inspection. As requested, I contacted the dealership and for 3 days, no one has called back to discuss issue. I've only gotten a response from their 'social media' person (Rachel) who took responsibility for their poor communication and assured someone would contact me same day to resolve issue. I still have not received that call and she is no longer responding. I have not received one phone call from anyone
