A Very Efficient Sales Staff.

From the moment we drove onto the Pursch parking lot in our truck to the moment we drove off the parking lot in our new Buick Enclave, we were happy with every aspect of our transaction. Bessie E. met us at the front door on Saturday at 9 AM to offer her assistance & she worked tirelessly with us for the next 72 hours to locate just the right car for us. She kept us informed of her progress & sought our advice on several occasions as she was searching for an Enclave with the options we requested. We received a fantastic trade-in price & excellent advice from the Financial Adviser concerning the best possible payment scenarios. The car was ready for pick-up at the exact moment that Bessie said it would be. We had our two grandsons with us, so we asked if we could return on Saturday with all our questions about On-Star, etc. & Bessie said she would meet us at 9 AM. We needed help removing the car seats from our trade-in & installing them in the new vehicle & that was done by one of the young men on the staff. We are so pleased with our Enclave & very pleased with the services offered at Pursch!

Rude owner... Buyer beware

I have purchased over 18 cars in my life and know the business well. There are companies that give you the warm fuzzy feeling like your business matters and then their are places like Pursch where you are treated with disrespect. I would never buy a vehicle at Pursch motors due to one conversation with the owner Chris Morlock. He was snappy, rude and arrogant. I can provide emails back and forth if anyone would like to view how he talks to or treats potential buyers. Spend your money at a dealership that cares to take a little time with you.

Enjoyable Experience

We shopped online and located the vehicle we wanted at Pursch Motors. Unfortunately, the dealership was ~120 miles from our home. The phone negotiation, including the trade, was fair and efficient. The owner delivered the new vehicle (~120 miles) via his tow truck to our home. We completed the papwerwork in our home. He took our trade back with him.
