My wife has been going days trying to get some detail on a particular vehicle and she keeps getting nothing but evasive answers and empty promises. You would think a dealership would want to sell a car................ As my wife has said she "has never ran across a dealership that goes out of its way to keep you from buying a vehicle.". The "salesman" that has made very piss-poor attempts to help has received very glowing reviews (by name) and this makes me wonder how......... **If anyone would like to actually respond with real answers TODAY, we would still consider making this purchase. If not, we will move on since there are several other dealers right beside them.

I never thought I would ever describe buying a car as enjoyable, but Travis and the good people at Auto Merchants made the process so easy! From the test drives, to the CARFAX history report, to the absolutely no-pressure sales technique. And the financing that was done from start to finish in minutes. CarFax games

This dealer posts false CarFax reports, so make sure that the CarFax on their site matches the VIN of the car you're interested in. After I caught them in the act and told them to post the real car fax to their site, they just deleted the false one and wouldn't post the real one due to the "Lemon Law" buyback scar on this particular car. They intentionally hide flawed cars from buyers.

I purchased a 2014 Volk. Jetta yesterday from Auto Merchants w/ Conrad Bongo's assistance. He was very detailed, courteous and educated on my vehicle, the financing structure and life in general. :) I would definitely refer my family and friends to purchase a vehicle here. My car was clean and ready to go as soon as papers were signed. Smooth transaction!
