Very disappointed

I feel that I was discriminated against by the used car GM Jerry. I am an African American woman and I was waiting for the salesman to go inside to get the plate to test drive then he came back out and said the GM told him I couldn't drive it until the deal was made. I've never been done like this before and I have purchased several cars. I will never go to this dealership again.

Stopped in to 'see' some used vehicles..Sherri Smith took time to show me 8 vehicles..got an awesome deal on a vehicle that is amazing..love the service and attention the entire facility and the staff provided..will recommend them to EVERYONE..thank y'all again..total satisfaction

Came in to look at new Escapes and see what I could get for my trade in. They took my car for an inspection, which took awhile but not a huge deal, and started asking about what I wanted in a new car. Bart took me back to check out the new Escapes and was honest about which models had what I wanted and which weren't worth a damn. Easy negotiating a better trade in and getting my monthly payments where I wanted them. I came back later in the day and they got my deal sealed. Not a bad buying experience. That's says slot because I hate buying cars.

Absolutely love my experience at Mac Haik Ford dealership. It was my first vehicle purchase and they made it a breeze. From doing online research, I came into the dealership knowing what I wanted and how much I was wanting to spend. They respected my budget and didn't try to upsale me on things I didn't need/want. Im very happy with my purchase and look forward to continue buying all my vehicle from them.

John Clements kept me engaged long enough to do a great job! He was very polite, friendly and a good representative for Mac Haik! I purchased one of the two Focus RS models that the Pasadena store received. I had spoken to John 3-4 months ago inquiring about a Focus RS, he said I would be his first call when one arrived, he did just that! Thank you John!

I wanted a to build my own truck, with all the features I wanted and none I didn't. Some of the dealerships only wanted to sell me trucks that were on their lot, but Louis and Hunter at Mac Haik went through all the options with me to build my perfect vehicle. They placed my order, and kept me up to date with emails on the progress. My truck came in a month early and I picked it up the day it came in. There was no hassle on my trade in, and Eddy in finance was super fast getting the papers done. I have bought more than a dozen vehicles and Mac Haik ford had the best people I've ever delt with. Thanks so much!

First all the Sales Rep was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Before I visit the Dealership I told the Sales rep what I was looking for and he had it ready when I arrived to the Dealership. I knew the price range I was looking for the 2016 fusion and the Price the gave me was I was looking for. No Haggling made it pleasant.... Also I appreciate the Veterans Discount....

Very happy with my new Ford F-150. Sales staff, Dixie and John were extremely helpful Did realize I probably overpaid for an extended warranty with the finance guy. Will probably cash it in for a better warranty price with another provider.
