Henry Shaw and Derrick were awesome. Mark got me the lowest Apr that he could and I really appreciated that. Your dealership restored my faith in Ford which I lost in 1984 by purchasing a new car from Irving ford. Paris ford provided me with every single little detailed thing I asked for. Even Robert in service came through with everything he promised. Overall I could not have asked for a better car buying experience! Several people have asked me where I got my car and I've told them if they need a car to go see Henry shaw!

Sales person was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Also very knowledgable about the product and the process, and was able to speed up the entire experience. I was impressed that while on a phone conversation with the salesperson, she went to the lot and read the sticker for me to answer some of my questions. Great Job!!!!!

Derick Jones is a great salesperson who took really good care of us prior to deciding to purchase a new car. Our car was in your shop for some repairs and he kept us informed and updated on its repair. Derick help us when we decided to purchase a new car. And thanks to Brantley for his assistance in locating one of the color that we wanted and getting it delivered in a timely manner. All were very good at their jobs.
