Excellence of service from Salesman to the Finance. Only issue we had was the Interior of the truck when received. Truck had hand prints on headliner and some areas of uncompleted cleaning.

Thank you for our experience with Lithia Toyota. Our salesperson was Angela . Our first contact with her was through phone , we set up a time to meet. We were not able to keep that but we called and set up another one, which we kept. Angela was SUPER, she was very curious and answered what ever question we asked. We asked if she could possibly reduce our payment , we got into a smaller car and yes a smaller monthly. She made sure are car was washed . If we had a word for her it would be FANTASTIC. We have never had a salesperson like that. I hate pushy salesperson of any kids BD. As retired people she was understanding of our situation. We would recommend to anyone , with great pleasure thank you again I love my car RAV4.

Dropped my wifes RAV 4 off to have it serviced. The did all the inspections, serviced the car, rotated the tires, did an actual state vehicle inspection for me, and texted me with photo of my air filter showing me how dirty it was. So of course I had Oscar go ahead and put in a new one. All of that was done in like 2 hours or less. Amazing and speedy service like always. We are spoiled!

I. D. Spruill was the salesman who helped me out n selecting my my new RAV4, and working with him through this process was very pleasant. He took time to explain the features of the car and made sure that it was clean and full of gas when I picked it up. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and he did all he could to make sure that I got what I wanted.

Made Something Right... after close!

They finished my vehicle late in the day. As it was going to be a long time in the shop, my service manager Oscar let me use his personal vehicle to get back to work. When I picked up my vehicle just before closing time, I paid and headed home and noticed a flapping noise when I got up above 50 mph. I stopped and checked to see if I was dragging something and found that there was at least one bolt missing from the protective plastic barrier between the front drivers side tire and the engine compartment. I called Oscar, but only got a message. It was just about 6:00 pm and the service department closed at 6:00. But I headed back to the dealership and found Oscar on the phone with another client still. After the call I explained what I found and there were still a few mechanics around who were able to find where I was missing 4 bolts. He found bolts and replaced them. Problem solved. I appreciate that they were able to help me out even after service department hours. Admittedly, I was lucky to be able to get back before they were all gone. Plus, those bolts should have been replaced in the first place, but I give them credit for making things good.
