I have purchased or leased 6 vehicles from Five Star Ford, and have dealt with Mike Minardi every time. Mike is the most professional sales person I have ever met, as he is straight forward, and easy to deal with. He does not beat around the bush! I will keep coming back to Mike for a great deal every time!

Fantastic price and customer service

I always dread buying cars, primarily due to previous interactions with typical car salesmen. This time was completely different. I inquired about an Explorer Thursday evening, had an email response first thing Friday, spoke with Josh and let him know that I needed his best price and he gave me his best offer right off the bat and therefore, he didn't waste my time or his going back and forth. His price beat my local dealer's price in Oklahoma, and due to the price and the service I received from Josh over the course of several phone calls and emails to finalize details, I drove 3.5 hours that Saturday to give him my business. In addition, Josh's supervisor contacted me, well after the deal was agreed on to "thank me" for my businesses and for driving to their dealership from Oklahoma. Also, the finance manager, Robert, was very impressive and didn't employ the typical aggressive tactics to push extended warranties like most dealerships do. Bottom line...I can't say enough about how impressed and satisfied my wife and I were with our entire experience. We would recommend this dealership to anyone and definitely plan on doing business with them in the future.

My salesperson, Sam Limo, was a joy to work with, as he was able to quickly complete the necessary paperwork and not drag out the sales process as so many other dealerships are prone to do. He was also great to work with AFTER the sale to take care of a few minor issues with the automobile that I bought. I have NOTHING bad to say about this dealership or its personnel. They have been outstanding in every way.

I have bought 2 new vehicles from these guys within a year. They did a fantastic job each time. In fact, after working with Josh through email and phone my wife and I decided to go look at some trucks for me. Once we arrived Josh called Joe to walk the lot with us which is the same sales guy we used for my wife's escape. I had a feeling he wouldn't really remember us since he deals with new people every day, but I was wrong. As soon as he saws us he remembered us. He knew exactly what we bought back in November and even remembered little things about us. I will continue to do all my business with these guys for many years. They do not try and force anything on you and do everything they can to get you in the vehicle YOU want. I hear people say they hate the new car buying experience all the time. They are obviously not going to the right place. These guys make it so painless and give you the best deal around while making you feel comfortable and like you are part of the family. I almost bought a truck I liked, but didn't love. Thanks to these guys they made it happen and I am now driving a 2016 f-150 fx4 with everything and more. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

interior. Classy. Sam Limo confirmed that the truck was in stock. We arrived. He set up the test drive. Low pressure sales. Everything went smoothly. Very helpful and professional. Robert Leed the finance mgr was also very helpful and professional. William Conner the aftermarket director was also professional. Couldn't ask for better experience.

David Hyche is laid-back and honest; our happiness with our purchase was his priority, and it still is. David Hardick is knowledgeable and personable. I was surprised for what I was expecting to be a tooth-pulling experience. It is still a dealership, however, so expect the managers, service and financial people to assess you and recommend additional purchases. Otherwise, I was quite content with the people I met in sales -- something I thought I would never say. I recommend the Five Star Ford, there were not any overt hoops that I noticed or had to jump through.

Mark Lancaster was great in getting the pricing the way i wanted and then getting it ready for a quick process. Wanted some after market items, Worked with me to get them ordered then finance was very competent and fast. All you can ask for in making a ,purchase of a new vehicle.

I came back to 5-Star Ford after having met Diron in Walmart a few months prior. Had been in the market for a new truck for quite some time but due to the amount of negative equity I had on my 2014 Taurus, it was literally impossible to get this deal. Diron and Anthony Snyder (Finance) worked their tails off to make this deal happen. I can't believe they pulled it off. I can't say enough amazing things about Diron. Most car salesmen are pushy and try to rush you in and out, but we talked for hours on end on several different occasions. Diron is now not only my salesman, but a true guy I can call a friend. Not many in this world like him and I can tell you from experience because I've been through 7 cars in 4 years. Don't think twice about going any where else. Diron will make the deal happen for you! This is my 5th purchase from Five Star Ford and the 4th from Tony Mellado. This is the only dealership I will purchase from. I have had less than pleasant experiences at other dealers, but never with Tony. Everyone we have dealt with at 5 Star has been professional, friendly, and honest. No bait and switch, no high pressure sales, no sleazy salesman. If you want a pleasant car buying experience for once go here and ask for Tony. The finance process much the same with Freddie. No high pressure tactics for extra insurances, warranties, etc. Just an quick explanation of available plans and you are out the door. "The Freddie Finance Experience" was outstanding. If you are in the market for a vehicle, this is the place to go. (The 0% financing and rebates didn't hurt either.)

I recently had Covert Ford in Austin, where I live, try to trade 5 Star for a truck I wanted. I also tried to buy the truck from 5 Star. However, 5 Star would not match the deal that I was getting from Covert Ford. As a result 5 Star would not do a trade with Covert and I had to buy a truck that was not 100% what I wanted. As the owner of a landscaping/irrigation company I will be buying new trucks in the future, but I assure you I will NEVER shop 5 Star. And I'll be sure to bad mouth 5 star ford on any platform or in person. 5 Star tried to come in the kitchen and play with Covert Ford - Austin and when they found it to be too hot 5 Star raised their skirts and ran!

Both John and Crystal went above and beyond helping me find the Escape that Fit my needs, as well as a price that was better than I expected. John took the time both on the test drive and on delivery to insure I was very familiar with the various aspects of my new vehicle. To me, this is what the car buying experience is all about. Best Car Salesman Ever!

Two years ago we bought a Toyota Sienna from Aaron D. through USAA's car buying service. We were very impressed with how personable he was and how easy he made the transaction. When my sister totaled our other car this past week, we tried to find another car to replace it. Because of the timing, we had a limited budget, but still had very specific idea about what we wanted. After going to several dealerships and being unable to find a car we liked in our limited price range, we decided to call Aaron again. Within minutes he had several options for us to consider. We came in a few days later and he had gone through the cars he suggested and had compiled the positives and negatives of each, making it incredibly easy for us to figure out which would be the best fit for us. He somehow made it fit into our budget and three hours later, we left the dealership with a new (to us) car. Even the gas tank was filled before we left. They handle all the paperwork to have the registration and title and license plates taken care of. Both times we worked with Aaron, he was friendly and honest and made us feel completely comfortable. We didn't know honest car salesmen existed, but Aaron changed our minds. He went out of his way to make our experience as easy as possible. We only buy Toyotas, but we'll be buying all of our cars from Aaron and 5 Star Ford from now on! Thank you Aaron! You rock! You really are the Magic Man!!!

Thank you for making the purchase of a new Explorer practically painless in every way! Alfred E. was patient and helpful. He provided information about all the models I was initially interested in. I REALLY appreciate not being pushed to make a decision the first time I came to test drive. He even drove the car I liked best off the show room floor for our 2nd test drive. Everything was easy and straight forward, from the moment I walked in Five Star Ford, until 3 hrs later leaving with a brand new Ford Escape. Having had a really bad experience before at a dealership in Grapevine, it was refreshing to deal with professional people like Aaron D. and Tut E. Wouldn't have bought the vehicle without them! I left another dealership with a bad experience and unwilling to buy a vehicle at all. My husband found Chad R. online and started dealing with him and told him exactly what I wanted and my previous experience. Chad worked very hard to put a deal together along with Tut E. and I was able to purchase my new 2014 Ford Explorer. The service was superior and I was treated with respect and the professionalism I appreciate. I highly recommend Five Star Ford over any other local Ford Dealerships.
