We stopped by Marshall Ford just looking trying to make up our minds, my wife wasn't really set on what vehicle she wanted. After meeting and working with the sales team at this dealership she was really hooked and just kept telling me that she wanted to buy from them. A week or so later after several times contacting us about possibilities, they nailed it. The wife was completely stoked dealing with the sales lady and manager. They really went the distance to sell us the new truck. Thanks Marshall Ford, keep up the Great work and we will be back. Ps: don't ever lose the friendly atmosphere you have there. We dealt with the salesmen Clarence and he was the best. This is the second car we have bought from him and the last couple of months. Fourth vehicle I have bought from this dealer. Everyone from sales to service is top notch. Requested some special things to be installed and they got it ordered and got it done before I took delivery. Would put this dealer up against any other in town or any other Ford dealer.

I was looking for a salesperson via the internet that wouldn't just pick up a phone and call and leave voicemail after voicemail. I found that person at Marshall Ford. Stephanie was outstanding! She found me exactly what I was looking for and gave me several options for financing because she knew that staying within my budget was important. She did all this via email and texts. It was a great experience.

This is my third F-150 truck I've bought from Marshall Ford via Tim Brown. I can't say enough of his great customer service. I live in Kingwood just outside of Houston and have dealerships all around me. However, I can call Tim and tell him what I'm looking for and he can find the best deal around without the games of the local dealerships. And normally I would make the drive up and pick up the truck. On this last truck I purchased, on short notice, I ask him if it was possible to have the truck delivered so I didn't have to miss my son's baseball game. He arranged the delivery for the following Saturday morning. The very courteous drivers arrived on time and had the paper work ready to go. The transaction took 20 minutes. Kudos to Tim for making buying a new vehicle what it should be. A great experience!

Marshall Ford will always be my dealer of choice. Dealing with Gary was an enjoyable experience and he, along with everyone else there will go out of their way to assist you. I also have my 2015 F550 work truck serviced there, although I didn't purchase it there, their service department doesn't hesitate to take care of it. That is the main reasons I chose Marshall Ford and also we purchased my wife's new 2016 Explorer there. Outstanding people to deal with.
